DemeterGoddess of Earth and the Seasons,As much as she wanted to return his smiles, she couldn't with Hera in the room. She walked up to them and slightly touched the top of his hand, "Thank you, Zeus. In two nights, we will have a family dinner. I hope you and Hera will be there." There was a bit of longing in her eyes when she spoke. Walking past them, she said to no one in particular, "If anyone wishes to find me, I shall be in my garden... alone."and the Giving Mother I am.

DemeterGoddess of Earth and the Seasons,"That is if you wish to accompany me after Hera is resting." She smiled subtly and coy manner, making sure her sister did not see her flirting with her husband. Demeter then secretly placed her arm under Zeus' robes and around his belly, trailing her fingers across as she slowly left them.and the Giving Mother I am.

(Sorry, had to leave suddenly and unexpectedly) Hestia's face flamed bright red as Hera reacted jealously to the hug from her brother. Even amongst the gods standards of siblings, Hestia had only ever been treated as a younger sister by Zeus and she had never seen him as anything but a dear older brother. She backed away, hanging her head and clasping her hands before herself.
The girl decided it was probably best to leave before she caused more trouble. "I need to see to the flames in the other parts of Olympus, brethren. Fair well." She held up a hand in a still wave and turned her head to the left. Flames engulfed her and she was gone.

DemeterGoddess of Earth and the Seasons,One would think that Hera would give others some privacy. Sighing greatly, she sat right back down on her throne. "Zeus... Hera... Zeus... Hera..." she repeated over and over again, twiddling her forefinger in the air, leaving red light traces in the air.and the Giving Mother I am.

Hestia returned after the throne room had cleared. Her favorite hearth was here, it was the largest in Olympus. She normally spent her evenings sitting beside it, simply enjoying it's warmth.
This evening, however, when she returned, Demeter was sitting there on her throne. "Oh, hello, Demeter." She greeted in surprise. "May I get you anything? Food? Drink, perhaps?" She asked sincerely. One of Hestia's favorite things to be was a hostess, she loved serving people.

DemeterGoddess of Earth and the Seasons,"Ah... Hesita... No, but thank you," Demeter said in a forlorn voice. "Do you think... that Hera is going over the top?" Demeter asked. It was best to get right to the point than to beat around the bush.and the Giving Mother I am.

Hestia sighed, her face falling from her usually warm smile to a sad frown in a matter of seconds as she walked over closer to her sister. The girl sat down on the floor before Demeter's throne and hugged her knees, her long flowing red robes gathering around her daintily. Resting her chin on her knees, Hestia sighed deeply and raised her eyes to Demeter.
"...I do not wish to gossip...I would say nothing if I did not carry the worry that I do in my heart..." She said softly. "But yes...Though our brother is not known for fidelity, he has always been good and loving to Hera...and now...he has been faithful for longer than ever and she gives him no freedom or trust...she has no faith in him..." Her blue eyes filled with tears as she recalled the last few days...and how Hera had hurt her earlier when she offered her gift.
"Perhaps it is only because of how closely she gave birth to the babes...having a child strains the emotions as well as everything else...maybe she just needs rest..." Hestia stared off into the distance, her face skeptical, but her voice hopeful. She really was greatly concerned for both Zeus and Hera.

DemeterGoddess of Earth and the Seasons,"Hmmm... yes that is possible but do not forget that I bore twins for Poseidon and as a horse. Even I am normal. I have already forgiven Poseidon for what he did to me as well." Sighing, she looked at her sister. "I probably miss Persephone that I am sighing so much lately."and the Giving Mother I am.

Nodding, Hestia dabbed at her wet eyes with the corner of her long baggy sleeve. "You're right, sister...I just wish I knew of a way to help her overcome her jealousy...It only pains them both." She sighed and stared at Hera's throne.
Demeter sighed and Hestia turned her gaze back to her sister, worried. She had seemed so sad lately. Mention of Persephone, however, gave Hestia a better understanding of just what might be troubling her sister.
The goddess sighed and walked over to stand next to Demeter, placing an arm around her sister's shoulders to try and comfort her. "It must be hard for you, with her being gone so much...and so far away." She said regretfully.

DemeterGoddess of Earth and the Seasons,"Yes... I wish Hades was not so far away. All the darkness and gloom is not good for one like Persephone. But... I know he loves her very much. Hestia..." Demeter dawdled a bit in thought. "Should I perhaps have another child? Not to replace Persephone but to keep me company? I know I have Arion but he is leaving me soon... I can feel it." Demeter looked at her sister, hoping that her elder sister could help her find an answer to ease her loneliness.and the Giving Mother I am.

Hestia blinked at the question. It had caught her off guard...Demeter had many children, but she always grew sad and lonely as they moved on...Somehow Hestia didn't see another child being the answer.
"I...I don't know, sister...perhaps...perhaps you should find a companion more your equal to grow close with...rather than another child being the answer...when they will only grow up and leave like all the others..." She didn't wish to give her sister pain, but this pattern was causing more pain than any words she could say. "But perhaps it is something to think about."

Aphℛℴdite ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Aphrodite struts into the throne room. Her hair flows behind her as she does a slight turn. She was wearing a new dress and felt just as confident as ever. "Hello all." She said as she sat down in her throne. She snaps her mirror open, like normal, and checks her appearance. "How are we all doing?" She asked, applying lipstick on her lips. She smacks her lips together and snaps the mirror shut. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Goddess of Love and Beauty <3

Apollo woke with a start, not realizing he had fallen asleep. He wondered how long it had been. He shook himself and straighted up. He yawned, waiting for someone to come in.
