Stepping into the library, Ulrika looked around before heading off to the books, looking through the sections before pulling out a book on poisonous fungi and sitting down at a table in a corner, pulling out a leather-bound notebook and flipping it open, taking notes in between reading sections of the book.

 Joss was bewildered by the size of this Academy. It was as if he was in a small city. Even though he lived with an influential family, he could never get used to how these huge buildings made him feel small. He felt like being adventurous and thoroughly looked around. He opened the two double doors of the library, decorated all over with carvings all over to find a wonderland, full of books. Joss headed straight for the poems section, using the numbers on the spine of each book as his guide. It was a book of poems written by Alfred Lord Tennyson that caught his attention. Joss found a nearby bench and began to read.

Decius With a smile too wide to be friendly and a small hum the blue-haired doctor entered the library. So many wonderful books! His smile widened as he wandered through the isles and looked at the books, some filling him with nostalgia. He saw a rather interesting looking biology book and pulled it out of the shelf, wondering if it would hold something he didn't know about possible experiments.

Delilah ran her fingers across the spines of the old books and smiled to herself. A old friend at a new school. She had yet to meet somebody new but so far she only had been to music class and the library. She shrugged her shoulders..anything could happen. She just might meet the mysterious boy she needs.

 As the mad doctor walked down the isle with the book in his hands opened and his albino red eyes glued to the words, he bumped into a girl. He closed his book, memorizing the page number, and tilted his head an eery angle as he looked at the girl. "Ah!!!!!!!!!! The apologies I give to you for our collision!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he smiled brightly.

She shuddered to keep from shifting then looked up at man who had bumped into her. She smiled slightly, showing off her slightly pointed teeth which she couldn't stop from shifting. She blushed then said quietly "It's ok sir, you just scared me a little." She ran her fingers through her purple curls and looked down at what he was reading. "Do you like Science?"

The man's eyes glinted as he stared at her teeth for a moment, then he looked up to answer her question. "Science gives me the feeling of joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he giggled like a mad man then tilted his head at her again. "What are the opinions you have for the subject that is science????????????????"

" It tis a subject I respect, but music is my area of fascination." She said and shuddered before she smiled again, this time her teeth returned to normal then her nails began to turn into claws. " I just can't seem to keep one thing normal." she mumbled to her self, then remembered that boy with the blue hair was still standing there and she quickly hid her hands behind her back. " why is it that science gives you so much joy?" she said and giggled

The scientist's eyes glinted and he advanced a step, the light making a grim silhouette on his face. "The subject that is science helps me see how people work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he grinned something strange then looked down just as she moved her hands. "Are you in need of some help????????????????" he asked happily, his grip tightening on his book.

"well sir.." she said and she moved her hands to in front of her. "Unless you have some way to help me control my shifting probelm I don't think you will be helpful." She looked down at her feet at shuddered, causing her claws to turn back into nails and her hair to turn blue. She looked at the man and blushed. "I can't control my Shifting.

His eyes brightened and his smile widened, if possible. "How interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he giggled, soon turning into a mad laugh. "Perhaps the cure to the uncontrollable shifting you are currently having is in the many syringes I own???????????????" he mused and opened his lab coat, revealing two straps across his chest that made an X, each strap holding syringes with various liquids in them. While searching for the right syringe, the man smiled up at the girl again. "The name I own is Decius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he introduced.

"pleasure to be your company sir." she said with a nod. " I am Delilah." She watched Decius for a couple of minutes and she shuddered uncontrollably, this time a light coat of light brown fur covered her arm and her teeth lengthen a little and sharpened. She touched star locket and closed her eyes. She opened after a couple seconds and the fur was gone but her teeth grew a little more. At least her special locket was good for getting rid of her furry side. She smiled at the Decius and watched him search.

After a moment, Decius finally pulled out two syringes, one empty and the other filled with a sapphire-like liquid. "I am needing a sample of the blood in your veins!!!!!!!!!!!!" he explained and tilted his head, waiting for the girl's permission to take a blood sample.

She smiled and held out her arm for him to take the blood. She took a deep breath and waited for him to take it. " I'm fine with that." she said and smiled slightly.
