Aethubryn So what happened to, "If you mess up, well, you messed up and missed that point"? I decided to be lenient early on. It's editing and deleting I can't stand.

Were we supposed to read your mind to know what was and was not allowed?
Were we also supposed to know, from the BEGINNING of the game, that it was speed-based?

Aethubryn Were we supposed to read your mind to know what was and was not allowed? Were we also supposed to know, from the BEGINNING of the game, that it was speed-based? It is speed based. However, only part of it is being the first pair to get the question right. The other part is getting it right in the allotted timespan.

So... you post a new rule in the middle of the sign-up period and expect everyone to know it? Even people who were not the designated sign-up person for the team, and thus weren't even around this thread at that time?

It was just me more clearly stating the rules that were already present. Spelling counts if you mangle the word beyond recognition or into another word entirely. If you switch which version of "gryphon" you're using, I don't care much. XD;
