"O-Oh yeah..." Thane walked into another room. "There's something weird going on....Some of the pod's generator has been shut down, but the other's are okay..." He frowned slightly. "It could just have broken though....." He smiled slightly. "Also It could have malfunctioned due to the crash...I suppose something like this was bound to happen...."

Syuzanna followed looking slightly concered "How many people are effected? What will happen to them? Will we ever..." He was demanding question after question as though he was scared of something then slowly trailed off with the last one.

Koko balled her hands into fists & scowled, keeping her back to Zed when the lights came on. She didn't really even notice the light that flooded the area, or the humming from nearby. She bit her bottom lip slightly before speaking.
"So, ya got anything to say? Or should I just leave now huh?"

Zed placed his cold metal hand on Koko's shoulder, then he used it to turn her around.
"Koko... I'm sorry... I'm just a little stupid sometimes... and i'm not used to having someone else around, so I'm pretty socially... Urm... I don't have particularly good people skills..."

Koko went to bat the pilot's arm away, before realising that it was his metal one & would hurt her if she did. Instead, she fixed him with an icy stare.
"I can tell. Though to be honest I don't have much experience with other people either."
She sighed & her gaze softened ever so slightly, though she didn't make her voice any kinder.
"I just get fed up with all the things that keep happening. Plus, it's so confusing trying to figure out what you want from me, what I am to you. It's not worth it."

Zed placed his right hand around Koko's waist and pulled her close to him.
"Not worth it? Really?"
He looked deep into her eyes.

Koko looked down at the hand on her waist, then placed her hand against Zed's chest to push him away, her mouth open slightly to protest. Her eyes flickered up to his face & she found he was staring at her. The mercenary took a small intake of breath & her face reddened involuntarily. She looked back at him for a while before trying to turn herself away, her voice very small now.
"H-hey.... I'm meant to be mad at you...."

Zed smiled and quickly kissed Koko on the cheek then attempted to run away again, but he ran into a nearby wall.
He dusted himself off then turned back to Koko.
"Urm... sorry about that..."

Koko stood still for a moment, her cheeks burning red, then shook herself & frowned again.
"In response to your earlier question; yeah, I am damn sure it ain't worth it. For you as well as me. All ya seem to wanna do is run away. So I reckon we should both just stop this, once we get outta here I'm off."
She sighed & began walking, heading vaguely in the direction of the humming sound. She'd wanted to hug him just then, be held by him again, but she didn't think that would be the best thing to do considering what she'd said. She'd commited herself now...

"Koko...Wait!"
Zed ran up to Koko and turned her around again.
"Now this is what i meant to do."
He pulled her close once again, wrapping both arms around her and holding her to his chest.
"I...I don't want you to leave..."

Koko squeaked a little in surprise when Zed spun her & she soon found herself pressed against his chest. She stayed stock still for a good while, processing what was going on. Without really thinking about it, she brought her hands up to his back & wrapped her arms round him. She turned her head on its side so that she could speak, closing her eyes.
"If you really don't want me to go, then I won't. I just needed you to tell me... I'm sorry if I acted harshly..."
Opening her eyes slowly, Koko looked up at the pilot's face, a small smile spreading across her features. In that one action, Zed had washed away the doubts she'd had about staying with him. Even if he was a bit confusing sometimes, there didn't seem any doubt now that he wanted her around.

The room rumbled slightly as the humming noise got louder.
Zed let go of Koko then placed one of his ears against the wall.
"The humming noise is coming from that way... sounds like a generator... or an engine"

Koko nodded slightly & thought for a moment.
"It's possible that we could be on a buried airship of some sort... I hear that a lot of prototypes of the one Finn flew were created. & most of 'em went missing..."
She took a few steps along the corridor, trailing her fingers across the metal as though looking for something.
"& if I'm right.... there should be...."
Suddenly she yanked open a circular hatch, the hiss of hydraulics sounding as she did so.
"A maintenance shaft."

Zed followed Koko through the maintenance shaft.
"Yeah... I'm guessing my ship is a different design to what finn's one has..."
