Within every illusion, there is reality"  "Oh, well nevermind then. It seems simple enough, I'm sure I can grasp it on my own."Akeru went back to her training, visualizing enemies coming after her. Once she saw an attack coming at her, it was easy to redirect the force away from herself. As she saw an imabinary punch coming for her face, she moved her head out of the way, grabbed the arm, and used her body as leverage to flip the attacker over on their backs. As she saw a kick coming at her side, it was simple to grab it to prevent damage and simply sweep the off balance opponent's legs from beneath him. And as an imaginary attacker came to grab her from the front (the idea of which made her sudder just a little) she easily grabbed his arms and used her own backwards momentum to throw him over her. ((Judo - D Rank to C Rank Taijutsu 418 + 149 = 567 Learned! )) As Akeru finished her training, she figured she should head over to the exams herself. She was still a little bitter that she never made it to thefinal round herself. It would have been great to show evereone in the audience just how great she was and why she deserved their respect. However, her current rank said that well enough, she supposed. Plus, she had a couple of genin friends to root for as well.

Rekin wandered in slowly, His trench coat blowing in the almost perpetual wind of his home village. He needed to practice, His Ninjutsu was good enough for now, plus rearranging the land scape didn't seem like the best course of action here. Instead he focused on the throwing targets, Shurikan and broken Kunai littered around the targets.
"Such bulky weapons, Its a wonder they are even still used." He removed a throwing needle from his pouch and examined it.
"Graceful...elegant...These are the weapons of a Ninja..." He spun and threw it, It embedded almost in the center circle. Though not a precise strike, it could still cause damage. he removed two more and threw them. The spread was a tiny bit greater but both needles still stuck in.
"Humm, So more needles means less accuracy..." he removed a grand total of eight needles this time, twisting and throwing them he almost laughed. He got a dead center bulls eye!...unfortunately it was on a target that two targets away from where he was aiming.
"Maybe...I should practice that a tiny bit more..." Word Count(Senbonjutisu)- 185

Rekin felt the sweat bead across his back, The needles were getting closer and closer to there mark. Perhaps it was time to form do an trickier. He turned and ran away from the targets, His feet moving in a quick blur beneath him, He thrust his hands forward and quickly formed the signs.
"Earth Style, Earth Shore Return!" The wall of rock flipped upwards before him, He braced one foot then the second onto it and ran the few steps up the rock wall that he could manage and back-flipped. He reached for the needles in his pouch and easily found two with his nimble fingers, He threw them and continued the back flip. With a soft thud he landed on his feet in a crouching position. He heart two dull thunks and looked over his shoulder, One was inside the central ring, and the last was just outside the second Ring. He had managed the shot! The earth wall fell back into place and Rekin felt the minor strain on his Chakra. Wiping the sweat off his forehead he sighed slightly.
"I still have a long way to go...But I'm getting better. At least I hope I am." He still couldn't throw a Kunai to save his life. But with these throwing needles, He would become great. His strength was with his earth Jutisus. But the greatest Ninja practices his weaknesses far more then his strengths. Word Count(Senbonjutisu)-239+185= 424 ((These words not counted in training))
Rekin nodded, That was enough for today, The Chunin exams where today weren't they? He could go and see what type of potential he could eventually have. First though...he needed to clean up. retrieving what few needles he could he turned and left the canyon for the day.

Kazu arrived at the canyons with a sense of what he was here to do. He was going to attempt and replicate a technique he had seen but using his chakra element. He knew though it would be hard enough since he had no idea if it was possible. He was going to try and make a clone out of water. If he could make one, he'd be happy. However, forming one clone out of a element was easier said than done. Kazu found a nice secluded area and then started forming hand signs. After finishing the hand signs, Kazu then pulled down his mask, announcing his technique. "Water Release: Violent Water Wave!" He then blew out a mild gushing stream of water onto the ground below. He started to spray the gushing water all around him and soon enough the ground was soaked. Kazu was basically standing in one big gigantic puddle.

Kazu stood in the center of the of the puddle of he had created. With a deep breath, Kazu recalled the technique Night had used in the Chunin Exams; the shadow clone technique. He recalled everything he could about the technique in itself. Making the tiger hand sign, Kazu then attempted to force his chakra into the water below. Kazu forced his chakra to start forming and soon enough Kazu saw a head starting to form in the puddle. Kazu smiled but refocused his attention on forming the chakra. He was basically attempting to form it with his mind which was working so far. So enough, a replica of Kazu's head was now above the water. Thank god he had chosen a secluded area... Kazu started to pant, only due to the amount of focus it was taking. Kazu started to form the neck, but just as he finished it, the clone dispersed into water. Kazu almost fell to his knees. It wasn't due to his chakra control, no. It was due to Kazu having to force his chakra outside of his body and then attempt to mold something with it... It was harder than it looked... Kazu though got back up and seemed to determined to master this technique. Once again forming the Tiger hand sign, Kazu forced his chakra into the gigantic puddle below. He formed the head a lot quicker this time and he actually made it past the neck this time as well. Kazu watched the head and neck rise slowly as he started to form the clone's shoulders. Kazu was starting to sweat; not much but enough to know he'd be drenched in it by the time he finished making a perfect clone. Kazu managed to make the clone's upper chest and to start forming it's arms until it exploded into water once again. Kazu fell to his knees, not because of being tired but just due to him not being able to focus... What was keeping him back?

Kazu had taken a small break before resuming his training. He couuldn't figure out why his focus wasn't there, but had a nagging feeling it could be something dealing with his not learning any other techniques so far. He was annoyed by the fact he had yet to learn any medical jutsu even though he was a medical-nin. Slapping himself to attempt to refocus, he stepped into the gigantic puddle of water. It had shrunk a bit over the hour Kazu had been standing in it due to the sun but it was big enough to where Kazu could use it for his jutsu. Making the Tiger hand sign once again, Kazu focused all of his chakra outwards and into the water below him.
Kazu formed the head, the neck and then the shoulders all in within a few seconds. Once he got passed the upper chest and arms, his pace slowed down by at least half. He started to form the middle torso area and the rest of the arms. Kazu noticed this time he wasn't sweating which was a good enough sign. Kazu's eyes were on the now semi-formed water clone of himself. He managed to make the clone's lower stomach form and the hands had begun to form and then fingers. Just as he finished forming the fingers, the clone once again dispersed into water. With a very deep sigh, Kazu tried again.
Kazu took a small breather before attempting the water clone technique again. Sending out his chakra again into the water while making the Tiger hand sign, Kazu formed the upper half of the clone within a minute which was his best time so far. Just as he finished the fingers, and began working on the hips, and butt, Kazu noticed he began sweating again... It seemed every time he got to an area he hadn't made yet, it seemed to take more focus... Was it because he had never made a clone through this way before, an element? Kazu focused his attention on making the clone again. He managed to from the thigh area which made him smile; he was almost there. Kazu then made the knees appear and it worked up until he finished the knees and the clone once again exploded. Kazu almost fell to his knees again but he managed to keep himself up. "No... I can't give up..." he muttered. He was being stubborn he knew this but he once again attempted to make the clone. He didn't make it much farther though past the knees; he made perhaps little more than half of the leg past it and it once again exploded.
"Fine... I'll take another break..." he muttered, knowing he was going to get a headache if he kept at it or perhaps worse.

Kazu took one more break before getting back to work on the jutsu. He was standing in the puddle he himself had created and was now already halfway making his clone. He had just finished forming the torso and was now on his way to forming the legs. Smiling to himself, he then finally got to the knees. With all of the focus he could muster, he started to form the remaining component; the lower half of the legs and the feet. Slowly the clone rose higher as Kazu exerted himself by forming the chakra that was in the water.
"Come on now..." he muttered. He formed the feet finally and before Kazu stood an exact replica. Kazu smiled to himself but knew he would have to test the clone out. The clone just stood there blinking and understood it would be the first test subject. Kazu then punched it square in the face. It dissipated into water.
Kazu was a bit bewildered. "My clone is that weak?" he said to himself. From hsi point of view it looked as if it wasn't even as half as strong, perhaps one tenth of his own strength...
"...I guess it'll get stronger as I grow stronger," muttered Kazu.
Kazu then figured he might as well see how many clones he could make. He had enough chakra to test his limits. With a sigh, he made the Tiger hand sign and watched as a number of Kazu's started to arise from water. He made five before he found himself noticing the lack of chakra in himself.
"Well looks like I"ve mastered the Water Clone jutsu..." he muttered, figuring that was the name of the technique.

Rekin arived only shortly after he left. All of this, All of the thinking he had done, watching the other Chunins use there abilities got him thinking. He already knew a fair amount of Earth abilities, Perhaps he could combine a few and make an interesting ability himself. Using his quick hand movements he quickly shouted.
"Earth Release: Hiding like a Mole!" He burrowed underground and towards the target dummy. Beneath the ground he made more hand signs. His Chakra was quickly being used up, But that didnt matter, If he could get this ability down then he would have an easier time immoblizing his opponents.
"Earth Release: Underground Projection!" He popped up behind the dummy and grabbed it by the shoulders, Attempting to drag it back down with him, The amount of strain on his Chakra was more then expected. He was exerting Chakra to make the ground soft for both himself and for the dummy. A task that was in no way shape or form easy.
"Come on...Concentrate..." He managed to make it half way into the ground before the level of Chakra in his body dropped drastically and he lost control. Leaving both himself and the dummy stuck only up to the waist in the ground.
"Aw Crap....Looks like I need to try again." Rekin reached down to try and take a quick food pill to boost his Chakra, However it was then that he realised his ninja tool bag was underground too. Leaving him to sit there for a moment and breath, hopefully collecting enough energy to get out of the ground.

Rekin managed to pull himself up from under the rock, Luckily it was still partially soft from his earlier chakra release. Brushing himself off he stepped back away from the dummy. He would have to try on a different one, Then dig them out later. He again ran though the motions, But this time he needed to expend less Chakra that way he wasn't out of breath when at last it came to drawing the dummy down. The only thing he could think was to lessen the time he was underground. So a confusion would be needed in order to properly distract them from him. He ran forward and threw a smoke bomb, A gray haze falling over the area. He ran and made the hand signs again.
"Earth Release: Hiding like a Mole" He dove underground just behind the dummy and sprung almost directly back up with Fish projection. With a twist hick he grabbed the dummy with his ankel and dove into the ground again, Digging slightly forward and pulling himself out of the dirt he looked to his back. The smoke cleared and the head of the dummy remained above the ground where as the rest was well buried and stuck.
"I did it, But It will need to be practiced." His body was coverd in sweat, It almost phyiscaly hurt to attempt to mold Chakra.
"I think I need sleep...." Rekin walked away, Happy that he had finally learned a new Earth release.((D-Rank Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation)) Technique: 415/375 (- 125 Elemental Path) LEARNED!

 I will Protect  After a few moments, Night reached the area where most of the Sunagakure ninjas train. the same place where Night first learned some of his techniques.
"Ah i missed this place!! i was so busy for nothing for a while that i haven't been able to go here and train.... I.... I failed the chuunin exam the first time and lost to Akira... but, i wont let that happen again,"
Night said with a burning passion to get the chuunin title this coming exams.
he closed his eyes and breath deeply and quickly draw his sword at the same time opened his eyes to strike the tree standing in front of him...
Eh, It didnt went through.... Im getting rusty... he said as he looked at his blade didnt quite even cut through the middle of the tree.

I will Protect " I let my disappointment from losing the last chuunin exams get the best of me " Night said as he pull out his sword out the tree.
Night took his coat off and folded it to put it aside along his bag.
Night then held his sword again but this time, he had his chakra flowing through it wind his elemental affinity of wind creating the "Flying Swallow Technique" .
Good! i still havent forgotten to use this technique Night said on a sarcastic tone when he successfully activated the technique.
he once again slashed through the tree, but this time he had his technique on making it more easier for him to cut the wood.
Night was actually carving something from the tree and when he finished a giant wooden sword was made out of the tree.
That should be fine for now he said as he deactivated the technique and looked at the carved piece of wooden sword he made.
Who knew, i had an artist in me he said jokingly as he looked at the wooden sword.
Night sheath his sword back and put it aside along his other belongings then went back to pick up the giant wooden sword he just made.
the wooden sword was more like the one that Akira usually has on his back, but this wooden sword was atleast ten to twenty times heavier than Night's regular sword so it would be a good idea to use to train his sword swinging strength.
"This should be a challenge" he said as he placed both his hands on the handle of the wooden sword and lifted it up high and started to swing the sword up and down repeatedly. Night quickly felt stress on both of his arms because of the weight of the wooden sword but he knew that it would definitely make him use his sword better.
OK, ive decided ill do 1000 of this for today. Night said as he swung his sword back and forth again and again. What's Precious to me

I will Protect
After a few hours Night finished up his training of doing 1000 vertical slashes using a large heavy wooden sword. it was intense, his arms were sore that he finds it hard just moving it some more but he could tell that he definitely strengthen up his arms.
Night brought the wooden sword to the side and placed it hidden behind a big chunk of rock, he took his own sword and his coat as he began to walk back to the village.

Kazuki entered the training canyons with Ichi next to him. Although, he did shiver at the mention of the Sound, he remembered that meeting with that voice. He thought about the others he knew from the other villages, and where they might be now. He wondered for a minute if Hiyo was still kicking things around in Cloud(I'm pretty sure Kazuki doesn't know about his fate yet). "I hope the attack wasn't too bad. It's good to hear the other villages are doing well though." He looked around the canyons real quick. "Do you see anyone who might be able to help us?"

As the two of them walked into the Training Canyons Ichi gave a slight shrug. He couldn't really call the cloud getting attacked as being well but he knew what Kazuki meant. As for weather he saw someone who would be able to help the two of them train in any kind of sword training.... there really wasn't ANYONE in the training canyons. "Not really... why is it there are people all over until you need to find someone" Of course through thats how it happened; if they had come here for anything OTHER then learning how to use a sword there would be multiple people using them throughout the area.

Kazuki shrugged."I guess that's how things usually turn out huh?" Kazuki scanned the area too, but came up with the same result Ichi had found. There wasn't a single person out here besides them. A rare occasion Kazuki had never seen. He turned back to Ichi."Maybe we should go the Kazekage's office and see if anyone can teach us. If that doesn't work we could always ask the Kazekage if he knows anyone." He put his hands up in mock despair. "If that doesn't work I'm not sure what we should do, short of trying it ourselves which probably won't end well for either of us."
