Yeah it is, and pretty much almost all the crew members either know each other in real life, or have known each other quite some time from other guilds. In fact, the majority of us Rpd in one called New Generation. But after half a year, things went to hell there and so me and a bunch of others created this guild.

A kage in Akatsuki isn't scary, Akatsuki is supposed to have really strong members, a kage level member would be normal.
