------(I think Qastor died >.> Knock on wood)
Batosai took the man's hesitation as a chance to escape and slipped out of the office.

Chessa stumbled up as Batosai ran off, trying to follow "Batosai-san! Wait-come back!" she ran, a doll falling out of her bag and onto the floor of the hokage's office as she ran out.

----- "Hey, you with the lonely disposition!" reiki had grown bored with waiting around for the Hokage to answer. SO he had to stir up some sort of fun. That mostly being because his mission was such a dull one. And unlike Koga, Reiki ha dno problem at all showing that he was a child. Even though it could risk him not being taken seriously. He walked in front of Koga and leaned over smiling. "Did you find the gift I left in the archives? it's a real BANG!" He spurted the last word out to imitate the explosive force of a bomb. How it was so different than other things. It was still a joke, but could Koga see that in Reiki's smile or would he see a sadistic young boy.

Nash found himself in the Hokage's office, though he hadn't wanted to be, and figured he might as well go in On the other hand, this might be a bad idea... he frowned as he walked in on what could become a fight between two others. He ran a hand through his black hair and sighed, blue eyes unhappy with life in general right now Great...Whatever. Nash took a seat, trying to avoid being noticed to much.

Koga raised an eyebrow, "I will take that as a declaration of validation to my thesis that you where there only to harm our village." Came the cool calm reply- not even stirring the emotional pot that was Koga's persona. "The archives said you'd taken several older document- though I believe you are bluffing, no explosives where found." He retorted still as passive as ever.
Was he REALLY trying to goad him into something? Action? Was it violence? If so- he wasn't making much headway.

Ami walked into the Hokage's office and could sense the tense atmosphere between Koga and one of the kids. She decided to not get involved so she sat down in one of the chairs and blended in.

Nash sighed heavily as the air seemed to fill with tension between the other 2 boys and he glanced over as a girl came in "Hi there. I think we're in the danger zone right now." he joked. He shifted in his seat slightly to move his legs closer to the chair and looked at the girl again "I'm Nash."

-----"Of course they weren't found...." Reiki smiled wider as he balled his right hand into a fist and stood back up straight. His right hand slowly opened as a small snowflake hovered above it. "Who would look for a bomb that looked like a snowflake..." His eyes flickered white as the snowflake popped, releasing a slight gust of hot air. He was still trying to provoke the boy, and any fool would have seen the snowflakes hovering about. "And yes, I did take several old documents. A map, of a world long forgotten..."

Koga considered several things. The boy could be not telling the truth. He could be telling only part of the truth. He could be being honest. Whatever the case- Koga himself could do nothing about it now and getting angry wouldn't help solve the problem if one DID exist. The woman he was here to meet, Sei, she would have more information. In any case- this was a threat. Even if he had nothing- he was threatening to cause harm to the village. It was as good as a sword to his throat.
"And what is your intent?" Asked the Chunin, not giving him the satisfaction of an emotional response beyond mild interest. It was the same way that one might ask "what's on next?".

----- "See my mission is a long and arduous one. I can't risk any information slipping into the wrong fingers. So, I have to dispose of all your records..." Reiki winked as if the destruction of an entire archive meant so little. His carefree attitude contrasting against the cold exterior of Koga almost perfectly. "But you should be happy, no one will ever gain access to archives like that again." His smile seemed to grow even wider, again speaking joyously.

"That's an unfortunate decision." Nodded Koga as he quickly processed the new information like some human computer. To Koga, the definition of good and evil was intent. Reiki was either intending to cause a good deal of harm to his village and the people in it or intending ill will towards him alone. Either way- it wasn't exactly a righteous path he walked. The latter was inconsequential to Koga, whatever Reiki's personal feelings for him where where of little concern to him. The first one however- he had a very big problem with. Koga was however bound. He couldn't use his technique to paralyze the boy or take any sort of offensive action while in the Leaf village. He was not authorized to do so- his was a peaceful mission to seek out Sei for training. All he could do was gather more information,
"You seem flawed in your deduction though... it's not a logical step from "I am on a long mission" to "I can't risk any information getting out". The two thoughts are not connected." Koga professed, exuding a little confusion.

----- "Probably not...but I am a child. My logic doesn't always make sense. Though I don't hie the fact that I'm a child behind eloquent words and righteous acts." The small boy lowered his head to hide his face. Tears beginning to swell into his eyes, tears he didn't want Koga to see. Tears that the small boy cried for another, another small boy like himself. "I feel sorry for you, and whatever demented household you grew up in. That wouldn't even let you be a child." The tears began to gather on the outer parts of his eyes. The weight of them almost enough to cause a small stream to roll down his cheek. "Don't worry I lied, I'm not going to harm your village!" His fists balled in frustration, how could someone who claimed to care just shrug things off so nonchalantly. It frustrated him to know that a person like this existed, it hurt even more to see him directly before one's eyes.
"Were you always like this...was there never a time when you were a happy child..." The lowering of his head pulled on the tear swell along his eyes. Causing drops to fall from his face and towards the ground. The cold air radiating off of his body catching the tear and freezing it before it fell. "Have you ever been a child?!" His naive mind could not handle things like this. Unlike Koga, Reiki was not raised with such strict values. He was raised to be a happy child who loved the snow, and that was what happened.

Koga let him talk with a analytic eye, patiently waiting until long after he was done to give his response, "I feel every emotion you do. I feel joy. I feel anger. I feel uncertainty. I feel doubt. I feel all these things. I felt scared for the people who I feel love for just now. I felt contempt for someone who would harm them. I felt pity that someone would lie about it. In that regard you and I are the same. However... I must confess that I put that aside out of choice... I suppose. I decided to not let my emotional state influence me in a negative fashion... letting someone else know what you are feeling is like showing them a card or two in a game of poker..."
Even as Koga spoke of emotion and the ones he loved his tone was flat- inflections lacking in sincerity. But then they did something odd, uncalled for. They gained a raw, genuine feeling, something that was well beyond even Koga's capacity to mask or mimic,
"I do all that because I love them. Every single thing I do is for them- those people who love me back, for them- I'll accept any mission. I'll take on any danger just to know that they are safe."
It was strong and vibrant, though calm and direct. It was almost like someone had turned the vibrancy up on an old TV. He was suddenly speaking in color. It was almost overpowering, enteiraly overwhelming. There where strong hues of contempt, of duty, of fear, but little strokes of passion, love and maybe something deeper where the real centerpiece.
They say you can't really appreciate something fully until you've been denied it. His voice was something of a revelation- in contrast to his normal way of speaking this was a beautiful complex web of unresolved emotions, convoluted with subtle influences and organic inflections that dug deep into who he was!
