Bashirou: I see some copies of jutsu here:

Doton: Shinmantoru Kurasuto Sadou. This is pretty much causing an earthquake what I read. When the crust of the earth moves, or the tectonic plates, it causes an earthquake. This wave only causes and earthquake, which is a technique that doton users have called the Earthquake Illusion, however, this is a genjutsu technique.

If we're gonna accept this, I'd say make it an S or A rank jutsu.

Dual Ram Head: Is this an elemental weapon jutsu? Also, you need to put the range, even if its in the description.

Crashing gale: There is already a technique like this. Its called Propelling Winds. This is only a more powerful version of it, so I say denied. I'll let Hinote decide.

Stone Twister: I like this technique, but I say it needs to be an A rank.

And no offense to your rp sample, but it seems kind of short for all of these techniques. However, Hinote also has a say, so we'll let him look at it too.

Description: after showing the required handseals to the victim, an illusory wind picks up. It isn't incredibly strong. If the affected does not realize it is a genjutsu, they will adjust any projectiles to match the wind, causing them to miss the target. It seems like the ninja is able to dodge the attacks without even moving.
Rp Sample As many new genin often do, this one did not know many jutsu, and tended to rely on shuriken and kunai. This was an important lesson for young ninjas, they had to learn their skill level. Nagisa was asked to teach the students this basic fact, without crushing their spirits. After a moments thought, she decided the best response would be to get him to stop relying on shuriken all the time. She made sure he could see her, and performed a short set of handseals. “Fuuton, windy day no jutsu!” she called out, and the wind began to blow hard. Another wave of shuriken came from her right, but it missed her completely. It was a good genjutsu that made dodging ranged attacks unnecessary. He had adjusted to match the wind, not realizing it was a mere illusion.

Description: The user performs the seals and foul stench drifts into the area, as if someone just farted. No vocalization necessary.
Rp Sample The meeting was getting very dull, even for akatsuki, and to mix things the unnamed member decided a prank was in order. He silently performed a set of seals behind his back, and a foul stench began to drift from deidara's direction.
((yea im not going to use real akatsuki here, they tend to be an angry lot, and I wouldnt want to tick one of them off))

Description: The genjutsu user does not need to be seen by the affected. A mild breeze is used to pick up any scent nearby, remove it from the area and make it appear that it is coming from a different location. This is very useful against any tracking that uses scent.
Rp Sample Nagisa knew she was being tracked by dogs, and needed to do something to draw them off. She stopped and performed a long series of seals and a breeze blew her scent towards the west, and cleared it from the general area. The dogs would be on a wild goose chase. Nagisa then continued her journey south with a wide smile on her face. “mission complete!”

Name of Jutsu: Fuuton: Sanran-fū (Scattering Winds)

Jutsu's Element:fuuton
Description: Takes two turns. After performing a long set of seals, the user must be heard saying the name of the jutsu. When they are heard, a very strong wind picks up, and the ninja has to brace themselves against it. In the second post, the affected sees their body turning into cherry-blossoms and blowing away. This is extremely emotionally traumatizing, and a little painful for them since they are slowly losing contact with their body. even if they realize it is genjutsu (how many real jutsu turn you into flower petals?) they cannot easily break it. While they are affected their bodies are unable to move, and open to attack. Extended exposure (3 posts?) requires at least 2 posts in a medical care to recover from the shock
Rp Sample Jeremy had underestimated her genjutsu. For Nagisa to know such a powerful jutsu was uncanny. She was so strong! He knew what was happening as soon as he heard the words “Fuuton, scattering winds no jutsu!” but he couldnt do anything about it. He had not yet mastered kai, andhe had no allies here to help. She had won the fight, and he felt lucky that this was just a sparring matfch. Had he really surpassed her in such a short ammount of time? This was not the same Konoha ninja he had been friends with. He looked at his hands and sure enough they were vanishing into petals, It felt so uncanny, to lose contact with the body had had used his whole life. Before it got any worse, Nagisa had mercifully released the genjutsu, and Jeremy found himself staring at her Kodachi.
“You lose” She said with a strange smile. She knew how badly she had beaten him, and was loving it.

And some katon genjutsu
Name of Jutsu: Katon: Akuma no iki (Demon's Breath)
Rank of Jutsu: C
Jutsu's Element:katon
Description: Useful against katon and raiton users,. After the user performs the seals they stand in front of the victim and blows out a slightly red air that surrounds the affected, if they are not seen doing this the genjutsu does not work. The “gas” smells very strong, and feels warm. The affected, believes that if form of spark or fire reaches it (the enemies or their own), it will ignite the gas and cause a powerful explosion, roasting them. The gas will follow them for two posts and then dissipate. If the gas is “lit” within view of the affected, then it briefly surrounds the affected in an illusory fire (like an explosion) that feels like it gave them a very severe burn, with a pain to match. The illusion of a burn only lasts as long as it takes for the victim to realize that it is illusion. This jutsu is mainly used to stop them from using their jutsu.
Rp Sample Jeremy was having a hard time against the raiton user, she seemed to know far more jutsu than he did, and to top it off she was an Aburame. She was able to avoid all of his katon so far, and not even one bug was burned either. He was quickly running out of options, and she already knew most of his jutsu. He had to knock her off balance and introduce some uncertainty. He stepped back out in behind her and called out “Okay, now its time to get serious” as she turned around he performed a series of seals and called out “Katon, Demons breath no jutsu!” as soon as she could see what he was doing he breathed what appeared to be a light red gas, which surrounded her. If it worked she would believe that any spark or fire would ignite the gas roasting her and her wonderful little bugs.

actually is hould have made that a little clearer, i think kaori would probably be better as a ninjutsu.
changed the fuuton tag. it would be "lit" by any spark or flame nearby that the affected notices, but it wouldnt do any real damage, just illusory (other than any damage the jutsu that ignited it might cause). the illusion fire would be like an explosion, and would be over quickly.
I plan on coming up with some more, but there are some serious family issues right now, so i may or may not be able to get them up soon.

Name of Jutsu:Nanosaizu no Dokumushi (Nano-sized, poisonous insects) Poison

prerequisites to learn: Must have just completed insect cocoon targeted specifically to developing insects. the turns in the cocoon do not count towards the required turns to learn the jutsu. untill this move has been learned poison bugs cannot be used.

Description:
Cannot be used by bunshin of any kind.
A poisoning move, that can only be used by very high rank bug-users. The nano-sized insects can only be transferred on to a victim's body by direct physical contact, though only a mere touch from the user's skin is required. The bugs cannot eat through clothing, and the contact much be directly to the targets body.
This poison affects the touched area (forearm, torso, thigh, head etc.) from the first turn
spreads every other turn to the surrounding areas. (ex:forearm to hand and upper arm)

the poison destroys their enemies' cells, causing excruciating pain in the process. due to pain, affected area is useless to the infected ninja, and is essentially paralyzed.
Should the poison spread to the torso it begins to cause more damage, but does not affect the area when it first reaches it, or begin to spread.

on the third turn after reaching torso, the target becomes nauseous, and slow.
after two more turns it will spread to the head if it has not yet done so.

on the third turn after reaching the head, the targets vision blurs, and the begin to suffer a severe headache and low fever
after two more turns the poison will spread to the torso if it is not affected already.

after a turn of both the head and torso being infected the affected the afflicted will lose consciousness, and needs medical attention immediately.
This poison can be fatal.

The target can spread the disease to another by touch, including the aburame user

treatment:
if an aburame learns to use the antidote jutsu they can cure it.
Quarantine technique can keep the poison from spreading.
Jokyo Dokubutsu can delay spreading.
Kigusuri Souzou (Medicine Creation) can kill the bugs if chunin or higher rank.
If the insects spread to the head and torso, then at least 1 post of hospital rehab is necessary. If he fell unconscious he needs at least 3 posts.
Rp Sample Nagisa had finally gotten a chance for revenge against the uchiha asassin. this time, she had a new jutsu that would destroy him. He had returned for a re-run, but she would easilly turn the tables this time, especially since he was expecting long range attacks. She dodged another katon, and sprinted towards him, catching him off guard. She got right beside him, and put her bare hand on his shoulder. "like i'd let you kill my bugs. this time they kill you. That is a promise." He jumped back and called his sharingan, but it was too late. His arm was already paralyzed, and he could not use it to attack. Nagisa jumped away as he slashed at her with the other hand. "I really don't want to fight you any more, but I can't let you escape to your friends either. Don't worry, there is nothing you can do. Last time, you really should have finished me off, because now i am going to finish you." This was probably one of the few that she would so willingly kill. you just don't mess with her bugs. A cloud of bugs flowed out of her coat, and she threw a few kunai to distract him. He fell into the trap perfectly, he dodged all the attacks, but landed right in front of her. She pulled of her glasses, and trapped him in and she threw a powerful genjutsu on him. She knew that he would not be able to escape, since he had next to no skill breaking genjutsu. She ripped his shirt and spread another onslought into his torso, while doing the same to his forehead. He wouldn't last long, pretty soon he would fall unconscious and she knew he was too far away from his village to get help in time. He was dead.

Rp SampleNagisa, feeling guilty, dragged the uchiha's body to the hospital and asked for some guards. She would keep him alive, but it was up to the raikage what to do with him next. as long as he wasn't free she didn't care what happened to him, but she couldn't quite take the quilt of killing another. She grabbed his head violently, and began talking to her special bred poison bugs. After a long couple of minutes, she had concocted a cure, and began to pour it through his system. the insects she had just injected would kill of those in his system, but he would be weak for a while. The guards would probably not have trouble getting him under higher guard before he was at full strength.

The reason that first one is Ichibi only, is mainly because no other being is capable of molding specific shapes with sand.

And yes. Advanced Kawarimi is an advanced kawarimi. It just makes it so the trick can last longer, by distracting the opponent with it rather than just vanishing.

Akura: I'm not really seeing the edits... What did you change?

The movement technique really looks no different to me than the swift earth, other than that you can control the direction it moves. Unless there is something else to it, that really gives it a unique purpose, I can't see any real reason for it.

And most shield techniques show what ranked jutsu they can usually absorb/deflect/block. Other than that, I'm not certain on the element of it. It seems more like a Fuuton Doton combo technique than a Doton. If I were to give it a single element, it'd have to be Fuuton.

Rin: I'm not sure about this one. It's well defined, but I'm going to ask that you PM Lance on it. Poisons are rather a gray area, especially fatal ones. Actually, I don't think you're actually allowed a fatal poison. The reason being that not everyone can cure it, and if the person they need to cure it is more posts away than they can travel thanks to the poison, you've just destroyed an RPC.

Anyways, see if you can get Lance to look at it for you.

Alright, I'll work on those in a bit. Gotta do some posts elsewhere, and then think up a suitable scenario for each.

Rp Sample Sarukin pulled out a few kunai from his pouch, his eyes still set on his opponent. Performing hand seals, Sarukin threw the shuriken while grinning. His opponent expected something more, but he simple jumped up and about all over, for the kunai appeard traveling faster than they actually were. "Ha! Is that all you go-!" His laughter was cut short by a kunai to his shoulder. "What the hell.....?" Sarukin merely laughed as he continued his assault on the enemy ninja, kunai continuing landing on his body.

Description: With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target.
Rp Sample Sarukin glared at his opponent, who was now sticking to only taijutsu, deeming ninjutsu too much of an effort for a ninja like Sarukin. "Fool...." Within a few seconds, trees began to form under the ninja's feet, his attention now focused on them. Vines held down his feet as a tree began forming to his back. "What the hell....?" Sarukin's figure slowly made itself known as he held a kunai in his hands. Sarukin looked down and grinned at the enemy ninja.

Rp Sample With a few hand seals, Sarukin jumped back from his opponent. "Is that it?" However, things started appearing darker to the ninja, shade covering the once sunny sky. "Is is night time?" The area around the enemy ninja continued getting darker and darker until there was practically no visibility left. With that, Sarukin ran up to him, the sounds of his footsteps hinting his location. The enemy ninja was able to throw up a block, but couldn't defend himself about the punch Sarukin threw right after. This battle was soon over, Sarukin clearly going to come out the victor.

Rp SampleSarukin put his hands to the sky, his voice yelling out some random commands. To everyone else, he was calling on a fire sent by the gods. The enemy ninjas laughed at him. "Does he really expect to call forth a fireball? Thats imposs......" His words were cut off by the sight of a huge fireball aiming towards him and his squad. Sarukin grinned as he controlled the direction of the fireball, increasing the size of it as it neared the group. While it wouldn't do any physical damage, it was a great distraction, for the ninja were quick to hold their attacks and get out the way.

Description: The user reaches out his/her hand, sending a stream of petals/debris from their palm towards the opponent. This hides the user form the opponent's sight, allowing them a time to think, run away, or set up for a jutsu. They, however, cannot attack the ninja affected by this jutsu.
Rp Sample Sarukin focused his chakra into his hand and outstretched it towards his opponent. Flower petals appeared along with other things, the debris slowly surrounding the opponent. The ninja had put up guard, expecting the petals to somehow explode or do something unexpected. But instead of that, they simply began to spin, the area quickly being filled with it. The ninja began to panic, looking around for an escape. Sarukin merely stayed quiet, for now he had a chance to work on his next jutsu.

Description: If the user comes under attack, he/she can use this technique to cover his/her escape. After forming the needed hand seals, the user's body will disperse into a shower of debris, usually being flower petals or smoke. This will confuse and distract her opponent while she escapes or hides. Can work with any debris around. Cannot attack enemy ninja while using this.
Rp Sample "Uh oh. This isn't good." Sarukin was cornered, three ninja surrounding him on all sides. He couldn't take them all on, not at once. He began his handsigns, performing them as quickly as possible. A kunai was thrown at him, the speed of it incredible. However, when it hit Sarukin, something strange happened. Instead of blood appearing out of his arm, Sarukin disappeared into a shadow of smoke, the kunai going straight through him and landing on the floor. "Sarukin" slowly dispersed, leaving the ninja baffled as to where he had went. That'll keep them occupied for a while.

Description: This is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a vision of fire. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire from all sides and they will most likely spend their time trying to escape. The user feels intense heat while in the circle, like 100 degrees or so, but if they walk through the fire, they will receive no harm. However, when nearing the fire, it seems to increase in size, as if reacting to the movement of the victim. Diameter of the ring of fire can reach up to 50 ft.
Rp Sample: Sarukin blew out a deep breath, his chakra now disrupting his opponents. If he had performed the jutsu correctly, "flames" would surround the victim, causing him to stay in more or less the same place. The ninja had turned around numerous times, falling down once getting to close to the flames. The ninja had wasted his chakra by performing a Suiton ninjutsu to attempt to douse the flames, but still, the flames continued to appear, not faltering in the least. The ninja tried over and over again, using numerous sution ninjutsu until his chakra was almost depleted. All the while, Sarukin was far from sight, leaving the ninja alone in a ring of imaginary fire.

[[ok, i have to admit myself, these roleplay samples aren't that good. but most of these jutsus are canon and i didn't think i needed to put that much of an effort into them, seeing as you have most likely seen them in a fight somewhere or will sometime in the future. However, if these samples aren't good enough for you, i'll change them. i just hope that these give you the basic idea of how i'm going to use them, because i really don't feel like doing a roleplay sample.......
