Celeb's brow furrowed. "Dragon is scary," he said in a small voice.

He didn't care about the whole, he's willing to try to adjust to be with her. He didn't realize the differences between the cultures in the first place. He didn't know what she meant about Night Elves either, to him there were just plain elves - but then, he had never seen a Light Elf before either.

Arwen was already preparing some food, and when she spotted Lin and Celeb, she waved them over so that they could have some breakfast. Leyenda and Kelirahc were already with her as well, and Leyenda was helping Arwen with the cooking while Kelirahc watched her curiously.

"But how do you know?" Celeb asked, looking up at Lin anxiously as he trotted alongside her towards his mother and sister. "Do you know the dragon?"

Arwen watched as the two approached, though she didn't interrupt their conversation. She knew that Celeb needed to talk to someone to help him understand what was going on, and she knew that it had to be the person of his choosing, or else he would just bottle up and hide himself away from everyone.

Celeb looked up at Lin, then looked over at his sister thoughtfully. It was a good point, he had to admit. His sister was back from wherever she had been, and she was still alive, and the dragon had taken her ...

He looked up at Lin. "What if the dragon just likes Leyenda because Kelirahc does?" he asked. "And what if he doesn't like me? What if he eats me then?"

Leyenda looked up from what she was doing and looked over at the two curiously. It was a bit of an awkward time to join the conversation, and from her understanding it almost sounded as if her little brother were afraid that Kelirahc would be the one to eat him.

"What's going on?" Leyenda asked, seeing the uneasiness in her brother's eyes. "Did something happen?"

She was worried, and it showed; and Kelirahc, seeing that worry, also looked at the boy anxiously. He knew that he had disrupted things for the boy, and he wanted to help to fix the problem if he was able.

Celeb let go of Lin's hand and took a step towards Leyenda, but then he glanced at Kelirahc and bit his lip nervously. For a moment, it seemed he couldn't decide whether to go to his sister or not, but in the end he reached for Lin's hand once again and half hid behind her.

Leyenda smiled painfully and knelt in the sand, holding her arms out to her brother. "Come here, Celeb," she murmured softly. "Give me a hug."

Celeb looked up at Lin, then glanced hesitantly at Kelirahc, and then, making a wide circle around the night elf, he ran towards his sister and threw his arms around her. Leyenda smiled and stood up, holding Celeb tight, and walked over to Kelirahc.

Celeb looked absolutely terrified, and he tightened his arms around Leyenda's neck. She just smiled and stroked his hair gently. "Celeb," she murmured, "you need to meet Kelirahc, your new brother."

Kelirahc smiled warmly at Celeb, but the boy refused to look at him, instead shaking his head violently.

Celeb mumbled obediently into Leyenda's shoulder, but still he refused to look around or even acknowledge Kelirahc's presence. Leyenda sighed sadly and pried his arms from her neck, then knelt down and cradled him almost like an infant.

"It's all right, Celeb," she murmured softly, stroking his hair calmingly. "He's not going to hurt you, or anyone else."

Celeb glared at Kelirahc, snuggling as close as he could to Leyenda's chest. Kelirahc smiled again hesitantly, then reached out slowly towards the boy. Celeb closed his eyes tightly, his whole body tensing up, and Kelirahc gently stroked his hair, mimicking Leyenda's action. After a moment, Celeb cracked one eye open and peered at his strange new brother in law.

"See?" Leyenda smiled down at the boy. "He's not going to hurt you. He will be your friend, just like me."

Celeb tilted his head upwards so that Kelirahc's fingers brushed across his forehead, then looked over at the night elf again.

"Your hand feels just like ours," he said, clearly surprised.

Leyenda giggled and looked at Lin. "Now there's a comment I hadn't expected," she grinned.
