Talking about bijuu, I have a question:
Does the Rokubi's speed also translate into how fast my rpc can perform hand seals or is it only in the legs? I'm not asking if my rpc is able to perform two jutsus in one post--she probably wouldn't be able/allowed to. I just want to know if my jutsus would come out faster than a regular shinobi's. Also, will her agility be just as good as a speed shinobi's or no?

Speed: Yes, probably even better. Agility: No. The Rokubi's amazing speed only applies to running in straight lines, so the agility would not be affected.

Elemental Control(must pick an element, if elemental control is the only shinobi type then the character may pick two elements):
These ninja are masters of there elements allowing them to learn elemental jutsu with a easier time and make there elemental jutsu stronger. These ninja also get stronger jutsu when near there element.
(-3 posts learning of jutsu of their element, +1 rank to jutsu used normally, +2 ranks around the elemental ninjas element)
this count towards Genjutsu also?

No, it's just that we NEEDED a chuunin, And shira's RPC had recently died, so she was selected. And based on the fact that you were an academy student, I shouldnt have promoted you anyway.

Name: Doujou Kirikae (Soil Conversion Technique)
Description: After mastering the appropriate stages, the user is able to use sand techniques by converting soil into sand for the duration of the technique.
Chuunin – The user may use all techniques below chuunin level in conjunction with the soil conversion technique.
Jounin – This is the same as above, except for Chuunin and below, allowing the use of those techniques in conjunction with the soil conversion technique.
Kage/Sannin – The same as above, except for Jounin and below.
Question... with +1 rank to jutsu used normally from elemental control... at gennin rank do i get the chuunin thing from this technique?
also dose it cost the 2 chakra points when it is used in conjunction with another jutsu?

Gregar828 Kikai bugs still do not have a set limit for chakra drain, now that I think about it. I'll make something Yay!! I've been wanting to know for a while! there doesnt seem to be any changes yet on either posts listing Aburame skills, so could you post here, or pm me or something when you figure something out? i'm actively watching this thread, and refreshing the clan posts over and over again gets old after a bit. Plus it is relevant to questions here, so it wouldnt be out of place... Thanks! edit: sorry to be pushy... you do seem to be pretty busy with this guild already...

Genin's can learn up to 3 C rank jutsus ( C rank is chuunin rank ) anything higher can not be learned
