Ryuusei CheriKonohagakure| Gate Keeper | Chuunin Nodding her head in acknowledgment of his words, Cheri saw him take her up on her offer before speaking up. Taking in his questions, it would appear that he really did have no idea about the new Hokage and taking a moment to consider her answer, turned to face the blossoming cherry tree. A sincere smile graced her face as she recalled her first meeting with Itsuki and how Itsuki had helped her. Facing Zero, Cheri spoke in a soft voice. "What's our Hokage like? Well...Itsuki-sama, she's an incredible woman...she really dedicated to the village and she cares deeply for us citizens...not only is she caring but she is wise as well...she knows what reality is like and she won't be swayed with wishes...she fights for truth..."
Realizing that she was getting carried away, Cheri cleared her throat and giggled softly in embarrassment. "Sorry about that but yes, I have to agree that it was a shame how Matsuya-same suddenly disappeared." Sensing the presense of her Kage, Cheri turned towards the road, smiling warmly as both Itsuki and Ritsu made their way down the street towards the booth. Giving Itsuki a low, respectful bow, she allowed Itsuki to take over.

I'm sure that running an entire village as well as a ninja task force must take up all of your time," Zero stated, knowing all too well from his time as the Sand Kage to know that it was a twenty four a day, seven days a week job running a village. "I am Zero, a wanderer that has found myself here in the Leaf Village. I was hoping you'd know anything about the previous Hokage, Matsuya. He was a dear friend, and when I got word that there was a new Hokage, I wondered whatever happened to him," Zero stated. Of course, this too was a ruse. His real reasoning for coming here was to seek refuge in Leaf. He was now wanted in both Mist and Sand, Sand for his explosive attacks, and Mist because he was still being looked for by his best friend Luo. At the moment, he did not wish to face him just yet. Leaf was the closest village from his position. "My friend over here," he said as he pointed at the other shinobi, "well we had actually just run into each other by pure chance.  Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | Hokage|| Support/Combo || Katon || Doton || Hiton ||Smiling formally when Zero stated her position before getting up to his feet and bowing, Itsuki kept a pleasant look on her face as she listened to his words. 'An acquaintance of Matsuya eh? Seems like I'm bumping into a lot of people who knew him. Not surprised though, he was fairly popular among the people.' Following his hand, Itsuki took another glance at the masked figure and gave her another small bow, it was more of a nod actually but oh well, close enough. Taking a moment to consider his words, Itsuki was tempted to refuse them entrance due to the attack at Ichiraku's the other night but that would be rude and she truly found no fault with their words. '*sigh* No choice then, guess I'll just keep them on observation.'
"I'm truly sorry about what happened to Matsuya-sama and like yourself I wish to learn of his whereabouts but we have yet to really gain any solid leads on his disappearance. Its a shame but we can only hope for the best." Pausing a bit between words, Itsuki took a moment to glance around the area and noticing the village busing with more life, knew she had to hurry up before suspicion is raised. "As for your request to stay, feel free to take refuge in my village for as long as you need, Cheri will escort you to the residential area where she help the two of you settle your lodgings for the night. If you need anything, I'll be at the village Dojo. Cheri knows the way. Will there be anything else?"

So long as he was here in Matsuya's village, any attacking force would be stopped, by his own personal 'army'. Not only will this give me a chance to speak with Beatriz, but it'll give me a chance to recover, rebuild my puppets...shouldn't be too difficult... he thought as he looked back at his friend and smiled. '...really, it's not necessary since I'm not complete sincere in my offer.' Simply nodding her head in compliance to his words, Itsuki smiled at his next bit and shook her head. "Its quite alright. Attending to guests is also a Kage's duty. Do enjoy your stay. Cheri." Turning to nod at her Chuunin, Cheri reciprocated that nod and left her post. Walking over to Zane, Cheri waited patiently next to her Kage's side. Giving one last bow, Itsuki began heading down the street towards the dojo.
Smiling at Zero, Cheri spoke in a pleasant voice. "Shall we get going?" Usually Itsuki wouldn't have asked such a thing from Cheri but today's case was an exception. With the village secretly on high alert, all guests will have to be watched cautiously along with the villagers and shinobi of Leaf.

After all, the main streets lead to everywhere and it'll be a while before the two groups separate. Cheri sent a quick wave to her partner in parting before returning her attention to the road ahead. It would appear that most of the vendors had finished setting up now and some early morning risers were already making there way onto the streets. "We'll be there shortly. Tell me, how are things in the outside? I'm sure as a traveler, you've heard many stories about the other villages and their current situations. Anything particular that you might be willing to share?"

══════════════════════════════════════════Since the new gate guard arrived, the silence ruled over the mouth of this shinobi. She decided it might end up interesting that way, and wondered how Zero would give explanations. For her surprise, he was quite good at making stories and she played along with part of what he said.
At the moment the guard asked for the removal of her mask and cloak, she refused, playing along with what Zero said. As the weapons were also asked to remain there, from underneath her cloak, a sword was dropped by the table. White handle and sheath, wrapped in a chain that kept it sealed. She moved the sword to the table as if it was as light as paper, but because of the seal, if anyone who tried to lift it would be able to feel how heavy that chain really is. Making the sword feel around 9 to 10 times heavier than a normal katana. Continuing with the visiting policy, she signed a paper that she would have to, right after Zero did. Lucy is the name she wrote on it.
She kept listening as they chatted without worries. 'Hah, it'd be quite interesting to make him become a liar in front of the Hokage herself.' she thought, entertaining herself with her thoughts, as Zero continued with the stories that seemed to be boring for her. As the Hokage showed up, the shinobi bowed in respect and greeted the Kage politely. "It is an honor that we meet." she said with her soft voice and listened as Zero and the Hokage talked. She followed them as they walked past the gates. 'Hm...where should I start from...' Lucy wondered as she thought about the things she had to do. One of them, by coincidence or not, was in Konoha. Murasaki noticed the bird, and she looked towards the tree it went to, as she turned back at the gate."Look, whoever you are, I know you're there. and would you mind to keep your stupid bird away from me?!" Murasaki said irritably, though she recognized the bird from somewheres.. It didn't matter right now, she just had to get into the village... Which made her wonder what was the gatekeeper doing all this time.

Murasaki flinched when her name came up, but only for a moment. How was she even recognizable?! she was a hell alot taller, tan, her hair changed, even her eye color! Well, she was panicking for sure, but maybe if she acted as if she didn't know him, maybe he'd go away.... right? It was a foolish plan, but she had a feeling there was a very slight chance of it working. very, very slight."You're kidding me, right? Why would I like a meddlesome creature like that?" Murasaki said even more annoyed, making sure her tone of voice was different, in a more aggressive, irritated tone rather to her old self, which would of been shy and nervous. She turned around with a glare on her face."And what do you mean, 'old friend'? I don't know who in the hell you are." Murasaki said this in a way, so it sound like it hurt, even though she conscious wanted to say otherwise.
