Everyone, please refrain from submitting a clan application until all the others have been looked at. Whenever a mod sees 5 applications, puts it off til the next day, then sees 8. it makes us more and more likely NOT to look at it.

@Overflowing Hatred (Anasi Hyuuga): You Are Approved!
@Hark (Hydration Bloodline): Denied. I don't doubt your RP ability, but I need to see more then just one jutsu from the bloodline. Also, might want to reference how Taijutsu/weapons don't work well agaisnt you, since you can jsut separate and reform yourself with water.
@Zarase (Yamanaka): You Are Approved!
@Solitude (Hyoton): Denied. I'm sorry to keep denying you, but I'm still seeing things that indicate me you don't full understand the bloodline. A couple of times, you referenced the fact that the ice around would help you use more jutsu, but the very basis of the Hyoton Bloodline is that preexisting ice IS NOT NEEDED. You form it on your own from the air, spontaneously, and at will by using the hand seals. Sure, preexisting ice CAN be used, but it's not needed as I believe you have been referencing.
@Orchid (Aburame): You Are Approved! ...HOWEVER, one thing I noted was that you used the Bug Gathering jutsu to bring bugs to you in order that you might have extra bugs. This jutsu DOES NOT work this way. You can't jsut use any bugs as part of your jutsu... they HAVE to be the kikai bugs that reside and grow inside you. therefore, there is no short terms way for you to gain more Kikai to use for your jutsu. The only reason I'm not denying you because of this though, is because you showed the proper way to use the hugs in all other instances.
@Tsubaka (Ink Artistry): Denied. However, I'm sure you'll get it on the next try. Some problems: You never made referencing to drawing the umbrella... and all of the visual effects of the jutsu, even how they are destroyed could use more detail description. Slso, what's up with this line? --> "
Ichigo got closed and tried a new technique, "Sumi Gasumi no Jutsu," the area started to unsheathe his sword."
...please try make sure your descriptions of what jutsu do and why your character is doing things is present, because due to lack of description, I have no idea what is going on in that sentence.
@FEAR (Crystal): Denied. My only problem with this is that it doesn't make much sense in terms of the fact that you haven't been to the Academy yet, but are using all of these Crystal jutsu. Same goes for the Arrow of Light... I don't believe a Genin would be able to use it. I think it requires a much higher mastery of the bloodline, with the ability to control more crystal then you would currently be able to. Some of the jutsu could use a better physical description as well, in terms of what it looks like as it's created, moreso then just focusing on what it does.
@Master Pain (Anigan): Denied. I need to see more than just one instance of how the Anigan is used. It could also use more description in how you are taking on the characteristics AND some of the physical traits as well. it would also be good if you could show part of the bloodline's weakness to raiton as well.

What you know about the clan/bl: The People in the Konaga Clan are born with very high reserves of chakra and the unatural ability to perfectly manipulate it. This blessing however isnt without a curse of its own,Every second of everyday their bodies are racked with immense amounts of never ceasing pain. They have the ability to augment their body parts to increase their speed,stength ect. but that to is not without a cost. Doing so will cause a searing pain in the area of the augmented part called"The Burn" and if the person contines to augment that limb it will become useless from the burn. Konaga memebers also have to meditate to rest and heal the kimbs from the augmentation which can take up to six hours.

Vanilla: Fair Warning here, but I'm not giving out the Konaga clan to just anyone, and my standards in approving someone to use the bloodline will be unrelenting. Just without even seeing your RP Sample, there are several edits. Given the history with which I've seen you RP, I would normally deny you outright, but this is a new guild and I think such a summary judgment would be unfair. Getting approved for the bloodline however will be no easy task... and I've been told to be extremely demanding of those who want to use it.
1. In Japan, Family name (or last name) comes first, followed by personal name. So your character should probably be Konaga Kirama.
2. For the love of --... I have corrected you on this 15,000 times. It's GENIN... ONE 'N'... not two. if you have two 'N's it no longer describes a ninja rank, but rather a Japanese Era. Please pay attention to this.
3. Konaga clan members do not have 'High Chakra Reserves' we have UNLIMITED reserves.
4. We do not have an 'Unnatural ability to perfectly manipulate it'... it is a very natural extension of the way our bodies have adapted to the overwhelming amounts of chakra within us.
5. Please use spell check. 'kimbs' is not a word.
6. Meditation doesn't take 'up to 6 hours'... it takes 'at least 6 hours... this doesn't include the two hours of meditation prior to even reaching the resting meditation state...

What you know about the clan/bl:The Inuzuka clan is a clan that fight with the aid of there animal campanions.In there case these campanions are dogs.They are used in training and even battling and usually gain a close relationship with the Inuzuka.

Adian was running through the desert.She was amazed at how her persuers were actually keeping up with her.She was an Inuzuka so she had the inhanced running speed of course,but even with that they were still gaining on her.Shecould hear them right behind her as she continued running.Rihobani at her side.Suddenly she heard Riho growl as she lunged and attacked a ninja that had been waiting for them.Adian stopped,worried about Riho.After immobilizing the ninja Riho jumped back beside Adian.
The two,ninja and companion,got into a fighting stance.They could hear,and smell the ninjas approaching."Riho.There are about three of them.You ready?"Adian smiled at her companion as the dog just noded,what appeared to be a grin forming on her face.Adian smiled as the ninjas appeared through the trees.The two waited for the ninja to draw close enough."Riho.Ready?"She whispered before the two began spinning around,at an incredible speed.
The two got close to their oponent,slahing and tearing at them.After several moments the other ninjas were rendered immobile.Adian and Riho slowed down before completley stopping,admiring there handy work before continuing on,on their mission.

Thanks Cobra, i wasnt sure about the bug gathering jutsu so i just used it how i thought it was meant to be used. Thanks for correcting me about it and thanks for the accepting >.< Though i do miss your awesome pic you post all the time.

pUNKpANDA: Alright, well the RP Sample itself was all very well and good... but the purpose of the application is to show me that you understand how to use the bloodline, both out of and in combat.
Could you please add a little bit to it, maybe something like a spar so that I can see how you use the Inuzuka techniques? If you need, you can pretend you are a Chuunin/Jounin so you have access to more jutsu to use.

Just a minor note really, that in order to use Gatsuga (as I believe that is the "jutsu" used here) We normally like people to announce the jutsu or technique they are using... just like they do in the show. Such as screaming "Gatsuga!" every time Kiba uses that particular jutsu, and pretty much the way anyone uses any jutsu in the show. This is an incredibly minor note though as I like everything else you showed, So...

Rp Sample:
Kirama walked down to abandoned streets of the west sector of the cloud and surveyed the damage Those Damn Iwa Ninjas! They blew the place right to friken kingdom come! And abducted half of out Civilians! Death is better then an Iwa slave camp! Four days prior,whilst Kirama was on a scouting mission, a large party of Iwakagure Ninjas had slipped past Kumo's defences and demolished the west sector before taking many civilians prisoner and disappearing...well not before Kumo forces killed off half their numbers before they could reach the damned gates. His footsteps echo's loudly as he continued down the empty streets,his only compantion being his shadow,the birds circling high overhead and the pain that was always with him. He was a Konaga and was proud of it, but that also meant he was cursed with eternal pain. The Konaga's were spread out and he had known of only one other clan's men in his village. Kirama rounded a turn to head towards the Raikage'ss office as his memories drifted back to that senile old man. He had been a kind mand despite having the same effects on him as Kirama did. He taught him how to use their clans abilities up to his rank which turned out to be two recorded clan jutsu but also how to augment his muscles for srength and speed and how to meditate,the only way their people could sleep with the nuisence keeping them up. He had eventually given in to his old age however and now rested peacefully away from all this pain and war...and Kirama envied him. He finally came to the gates off the building and proceded up,the gaurds knew him and often referred to him having a "Death Wish" for he constantly accepted many difficult missions and as many of those as he could. He walked up to the front desk and looked down on the secratary"Assignments for Konaga Kirama,please" The Secratery looked up and smiled before shifting through some papers and pulling out a small scroll. Kirama accepted the scroll with a smiled and exited the building. Kirama walked until he had found a seculded place behind and oak tree and opened the scroll and read its contents Hmmm an Iwa Supply Caravan eh? Shouldnt be too awfully hard although it should be lightly gaurded as it is passing straight through the land of fire from the Sunakagure into the Land of Stone Kirama rolled the scroll up with a frown,taking out a more thne likely lightly gaurded caravan,not exactly what he was hoping but then again any shot at the Shinobi from Iwakagure was a good thing
After a an hours preperation and a meditation session Kirama finally arrived at the gates and although he need not leave for anouther Twelve Hours he felt that it was time to get on his way. He looked over and nodded at the gaurd nearby who gave the order for the gates to be opened. Kirama merely marveled as the lumbering peices of steel as they swung open for his exit. He nodded his thanks to the gaurd as he walked out of the gates. He kept walking down the dirt path that led down from the mountain that the Village was stationed on, it was going to be a long journey so he might as well start off at a good pace. It would take him three days to arrive at his destonation. That figure would include 7 hours per day for mediatation or control his pain and for rest. And so it came to pass that three days later he arrived at the rondevouz point for the ambush. He set up in a comfortable yet very well seculded spot in the brush of a tree. He sat there for hours until the faint sound of wook rolling across stone and dirt was heard. He smiled wickedly at the thought of finally having some action. Kirama clasped his hands together has he funneled some chakra into his eyes,using one of their clan jutsu called 'Chakra Sight' Hmmmm,I think its two...No wait Three Shinobi....one in the front and...two on either side of a perticular enclosed cart Kirama then closed off his vision as it flickered back to his normal sight Ok time to get started...
Kirama waited until the lead cart was in front of him to make his move. He would dispose of the lead gaurd first at then take out the other two afterwords. Kirama took a deep breath and then lept from his cover. He crossed the distance between him and the lead cart in seconds before jumping into the air and knocking the gaurd off the cart via a spinning roundhouse kick to the jaw. He had been driving the Oxen which pulled the connected carts and without their master to tell them where to go they came to a rather sudden stop. The lead gaurd started to slowly,yes very slowly arise but not before Kirama lept to him and delivered a strong punch to his gut which sent him doubled over. It was then that Kirama caught a glimps of his eyes,they held fear and sorrow yet something was also fimiliar about them. He shrugged it off as he turned his attention down the road to the second and third gaurds who were slowly making their way up to the front of the caravan,likely to ask their counterpart why the cart had stopped moving. It was then he noticed they all wore masks over their mouths but once again wrote it off as a minor detail. Kirama pupped some of his Konaga Chakra into his legs,augmenting them for high speed. He then took off in a dash,covering the ground between himself and the second and third gaurd in seconds. The second gaurd seemed to panic and throw a hastily prepared punch to which Kirama parried. He then grabed the arm with which he threw the punch and brought his other elbow down upon it, making a sinister crunch of bones breaking. He then ducked down and kicked the man straight in the chest,sending him through one of his own carts and leaving him in a horrible condition of one broken arm,three crakced ribs and a bruised ego. The most peculiar thing happened with the third gaurd,he tried to run away. Kirama however still had his Augmented legs and quickly chased him down. Kirama ran slightly ahead of him then quickly planted his foot in the ground and pushed off,using them momentum to jump at an angle and bring his knee slying into the chest of the last gaurd whom sent sailing after the blow,landing directly in front of the cart he and the third gaurd had been gaurding. Kirama relaxed as the last gaurd was taken care of but then tensed again as he felt the burn slowly creeping upon him due to the augmentation he had preformed on his legs and eyes. He gritted his teeth and emptied his mind,a technique for slightly supressing it but to no avail,as he was still a youngling and had yet to master the greater aspects of his clan. He merely clenched his fists to bare it and proceded to slowly walk over to the cart that was singled out to be gaurded,the only enclosed one on the caravan. He slid the door's open to find it empty and was shocked Why would they gaurd it? It was then something landed on his foot,the third gaurds mask had been knocked off. Kirama reached down and picked it up and looked over to the gaurd whom he had most recently dispatched....and a look of total horror came over his face. The gaurd had one of Kumokagures customary tatoo's on his left cheek,and whats more also had tape wrapped around his mouth and head. It was then Kirama understood why the second gaurd had thrown sloppy punchs,why the first gaurd had fear in his eyes and why the third tried to run,They were the civilians abducted from Kumokagure in the last attack. He then turned his gaze back to the empty cart and relized it was not empty at all. There was wire strectched from one end to the other...it was lined with paper bombs Its a Tra...! was all he had time to think before his world was rocked,and he felt a searing heat before being knocked unconcious,maybe dead,who knew?
Wha...what...happened....Am I...dead....No...Im in a room...I gotta...move Kirama thought as he finally returned to conciousness. His visions was blurry at best and his head was swimming. He looked around groggily and figured out with his limited brainpower at the moment that he was in a room of some sort,strapped to a...chair.Look Von,He's awake!" The voices sounded like they were a thousand miles away to Kirama and he had barely enough sence of being to turn his head to where the noise came from and finally relized there was someone in the room with him. A door slid open and a second man entered"Finally,I was getting tired of their little brat sleeping our time away!Nick pour me a cup of water wil you?" The one called Nick nodded and pour some water from a pitcher on a table nearby into a cup next to it and handed it to the one called Von. Von took the cup and walked over to Kirama,standing in front of him. Von took a sip of it and then usddenly threw the reminents of the cup in Kirama face. It seemed to wake hm out of his daze,revitalize him to life and for the first time since he became aware again he started to take mental notes of the things going on. He was strapped to a chair in the middle of the room with two men watching him. Von as he was called was Small,Less then five foot eight but was very well muscled and Kirama did not doubt that he had some sort of formal Shinobi training. Nick on the other hand was large and fat. He was undoubtably strong but it was more from his pure size then muscle like Von. Nick yawned loudly"That was some sort of explosion Vom,the Iwakage will be very proud of you,you prbobly will get a promotion Haha its been three days and this kid just finally wakes up,you really outdid yourself this time!" Von grinned and looked back to Kirama"But it was he who disposed of the 'Iwa Gaurds' and pretty swiftly too eh? He would have been a trouble if we had to fight him then and there" At that moment Kirama noticed the Iwakagure headbands they both wore and it was also then Kirama found the strength to speak"You...Monsters...where are they...civilians" Von straightened himself and clapped his hands together with a grin"Oh hoho He speaks! Dont worry the civilans are safe,they are here actually,well...the ones you didnt kill to be exact. But thats not why YOUR still alive,YOU are here to tell us everything you know about the military going ons of Kumokagure" Kirama composed himself,this was an interogation,he would need to be strong or else...they would get what they wanted but until he was dead or his mind was in peices he would resist"I wont tell...you anything" Von's seemingly eternal smiled vaporized with those words into a dark scowl. He turned to his partner and gave him a signal to which the lumbering Nick took a few steps towards them and brought his hand across his chest and then back again across the side of Kirama's head. Kirama was kocked to the ground,chair and all,before being shortly arighted by Nick,most likely to be hit again"You will talk...or we will start killing off your precious innocent civilians...you have two hours...if you dont talk before then we will kill an innocent every five minutes until you do" Von said rather coldly. He then nodded to Nick and in unison they turned and left the room
It had to have been at least an hour and a half before Kirama finally returned to normal once again,it was due to the higher endurance the Konaga Clan gave him that he could keep going despite all that had happened since the Caravan. First things first, he had to escape from this room. Kirama concentrated chakra in his hand,which was behind his back bound by chais to the chair, and formed a Chakra Dagger. He shifted it downwards and the blade cut through the steel chains like a knife through butter. He then proceded to unbind the rest of himself from the chair and make his way over to the door. He slid it open and peaked out Empty good,I gotta find those civilians and get them out as well He proceded down the hallways,looking everywhere for those civilans. Once a gaurd came around the corner and Kirama had to augment his Arm for strength in order to knock him out with one shot,which he did. He put th body in a broom closet before continuing his search and letting the burn take its toll on him. Eventually he rounded yet anouther corner and came to the cell block and finally found all the people. They were scared and he had to show them His Kumokagure Headband from them even to look at him. He then proceded to use his still augmented arm to rip their jail cells of their hinges and liberate them from their confinment. He then looked around for an escape root and saw it,a window,it was barred but it was large enough for them to all get out. Kirama then walekd over and bent the bars"Go now! Head East to The Land of Lightning! Go Now!" He only raised his voice because in the distance he heard heavy footsteps and he could only guess it was the one called nick. And sure enough the big man came lumbering around the corner"Hey,Stop making all that damned noise!" His face froze in confusion for a second when he saw Kirama standin their and the last prisoner escape out the window before he charged with his hands raised high,bringing his fists down on top of Kirama whom dodged at the least second and threw a punch at his gut. The punch merely sank into his massive belly as Nick Laughed"Hehe That tickled" he said before backhanding Kirama into a wall. Kirama pulled himself out of a crater he had formed just in time to see Nick charged him and it was then Kirama had an idea. He augmented his legs once again as well as his arm. He lept up at an angle at the ceiling. The then kicked off the ceiling,coming straight down at Nick. He used the force from the jump and his augmented strength and brought his knee into contact with Nicks forehead. Kirama then kicked off his torso and landed a few feet away. Nick swayed back and forth,and for a second Kirama thought he would be okey but then his eyes rolled back in his head and he fell over on his back. Kirama then breathed a sigh of releif before The Burn consumed him,it was worse then ha had ever experianced before. He barely had enough strength to crawl out the window and walk away before the Sirens in the Iwa compound blared They are coming after us...we gotta move Kirama's arm was limp and The Burn was agonizing. He even started to feel a Fit coming on if he continued to use his power No,I will not goin into a Fit...I wont let it happen! Not Now!! Kirama's will power was the only thing that kept him going as he walked to catch up with the civilians and make his way back to their home and haven,Kumokagure
