You shouldn't rely on the Dragonballs. Goku can just find a simular planet like last time >> We don't need any Shadow Dragons.

Character's Race: Changeling Saiyan
Character's Gender: Female
Approximate age: 21
Character's Sexual Preference: Bisexual
Alias Shy
Good/Evil/Neutral Good although she is a Saiyan so she has her mean streaks.
Pick a maximum of 3 attacks your character knows:
Max Cannon: A ki attack in which Shaiya sends a massive amount of energy in the shape of a cannon to any opponent. Cannon can cut through almost any armor.
Energy Rings: Made of pure energy, they can hold any opponent to a wall. Since they are only energy they can not be broken, unless the person who made them lets their opponent go or the person figures out how to break the wall or rock they are attached to.
Special Grenade: A ki attack in which all blasts are shot out of Shaiya’s hands missing her opponent. They surround the person and when the time is right and the person is over confident Shaiya claps her hands together and the ki blasts obliterate whatever is in the center of their circle, crushing the person in a ball of energy.
Pick a signature move:
Kame-Masenko: an extremely powerful attack which sends a huge blast of energy to an opponent. Very hard to dodge.
Can your Character fly?: Yes but not when she is transformed into her Busara form (her were cat form). She can fly in all super Saiyan forms and her normal form.
Personality: Shaiya is quite shy about her past and doesn’t particularly like to talk about any of that. She is out going and is fun once you get to know her. She likes to stay out of people’s way but curiosity kills the cat sometimes. She is compassionate and doesn’t enjoy watching people get hurt. She also doesn’t show how powerful she is to anyone. She likes to psyche her opponent out before she gets powerful.
Personal Goal: At the moment just to return back to Earth and live in peace.
Brief History: Born on planet Vegeta, Shaiya was taken to the Changeling home world as a baby, along with others, to under go experiments. All of the other babies eventually died from these experiments but not Shaiya. She was some how strong enough to survive.
When she turned 6 years old she was placed into a tank in order for Frieza’s scientists to fuse her body with blood from Frieza and Cooler which would make the ultimate weapon for the two to rule the universe with. She remained in the tank until she was 18 mainly because the fusing of the blood wouldn’t take right away. Quite a bit of trial and error. The experiment altered her quite a bit, her Oozaru appearance became more cat like which was named by the scientists as a Busara, however her power level remained the same, hiding what truly lurked inside, she was now a Changeling-Saiyan.
During the next year she under went extensive training. She became extremely powerful because of it but there was one extreme flaw in their plan of universe domination; Shaiya was much too nice and her power level hadn’t seemed to have altered at all. She only fought when she absolutely had to. It had seemed she didn’t have a mean bone in her body.
Seeing her as a failed experiment they tried to destroy her. However, she got away quickly fleeing to other planets never staying long. She has been to Earth before but left for awhile to see where Freiza was. However, upon hearing of his death she is now coming back to Earth.
Other Forms:
Shaiya is a Changeling-Saiyan. She is altered in that, yes like a Saiyan she changes only when the moon is out (or a fake moon) but she changes into a giant white were cat instead of a were monkey. This is called her Busara form, however she has no control of herself when she is in this form, much less memory of what happened after she is out of that form.
Also much like a Saiyan she can turn into a Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2, which isn’t that much unlike her normal form. However both are very unstable states and leaves her pretty weak after. However because of the unstability she can reach very high levels of energy and ki. Right now she only knows how to go Super Saiyan not Super Saiyan 2.
Unlike a normal Saiyan she has bright grayish-blue eyes. This is because of the extensive testing and experiments done on her. She also has a very long thick white tail that is unlike a Saiyans thin brown one.

I only use the word Changeling to describe Frieza and Cooler because it is actually never known what species they are. Shape-Shifters is another one.
