Hyousetsu sat upright as he spread her massive blue wings to their full wing span above her back, almost as if she was stretching. Reiniku jumped onto her back as she swung her wings downwards, propelling both herself and Reiniku into the air with the amount of noise equivalent to a jet aircraft taking off. A massive cloud of sand was thrown in the air by the air pushed downwards due to her wings, once the sand cloud would clear one would see Hyousetsu making a beeline for the Mizukage's office with Reiniku sitting calmly on her back.

"Yes I know...anyways, go to the beach, go underwater and practice your underwater breathing. It requires no seal and activates whenever you go underwater. Basically you use your chakra to remove oxygen from the water. It's pretty useful when you want to stay under for a vast amount of time," Blade told him.
Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique)
Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.

Matsuya nodded. He took off the vest, throwing it on the ground. He untied the belt that kept his katanas fastened to his back, stabbing them into the ground. He walked over to the water, wading until he hit the deep part. He dove underwater.
(1/5) He swam under water. He tried to take a breath, only taking in a lot of water into his lungs. He surfaced sputering.
(2/5) He dove under again. His goal was to stay under for ten minutes at least. He stayed underwater for 2 minutes, before he had to surface and breath.
(3/5) Matsuya dove back under. This time he was under for 5 minutes, before he had to surface again.
(4/5) Matsuya went back under. 7 minutes later he surfaced breathing hard.
(5/5) Matsuya dove under water. This time he had done it. He stayed underwater the whole ten minutes. He surfaced and walked out of the water. He was dripping wet. "Ok what now?"

Blade grinned as he looked at both of them and created the seals for his next jutsu. Suddenly as he muttered under his breath, an extremely thick mist enveloped the area, so thick that one could barely see past two feet. "Next jutsu...Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu, Mist vision. Every Mist shinobi should know this, if not, you're not a mist shinobi," Blade explained.
Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique)
Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist

(1/10) Matsuya looked around, trying to see through the blanket of fog. He couldnt.
(2/10) Matsuya focused his eyes, still trying to see through the mist. He could see only a few feet in front of him. But it was a start.
(3/10) Matsuya was still focusing. His vision extended out about 10 feet now.
(4/10) Matsuya looked at the blanket of fog. He could see about 2 meters in front of him.
(5/10) Matsuya could now see halfway through the mist.
(6/10) He kept looking. Now he could see about 5 meters in front of himself.
(7/10) MAtsuya's vision extended further.
(8/10) Matsuya could start seeing the ocean now.
(9/10) Matsuya looked around. Everything was starting to get clearer. But there were still some spots where he couldnt see through the fog.
(10/10) Matsuya kept focusing. He could now see all the way through the mist. It was still blurry in places, but he could see nonetheless.

"Good now that you're standing there," Blade explained as he formed seals, "Imagine your body melting into a puddle of water. This is smart for when you set up ambushes and such..." Blade explained as he melted away in a puddle.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.

Zalamar Hoshigaki ((@major next time you should go more into detail about each time you try to learn the jutsu))
Zale formed a hand seal that helped him focus his chakra and focused chakra to his eyes. He looked around but couldn't see past his waist. He closed his eyes and said on the soggy and uncomfortable sand. He started to concentrate on the jutsu and started again.
He formed the hand seal and opened his eyes focusing large amounts of chakra to his palms. Then as he finished the hand seal pushed all the chakra to his eyes. He looked and he could see several centimeters farther then before.
He Closed his eyes and started to form the hand seal again focusing his chakra in ways unthinkable. He turned his head towards the way that Blade was. He opened his eyes and say a faint outline of blade even thought he was only one or two meters apart.
He practiced the hand seals and looked at the mist without preforming the jutsu. Then he formed the hand seal and focused chakra to his eyes and saw past the mist several meters away giving him a clear vision of blade.
He formed the hand seal that caused him to focus his chakra and increased the flow of chakra to his eyes. He looked at the shoreline and saw a faint outline of the shore. He looked again at Blades direction and could see him and Matsuya Very clearly he stopped the flow of chakra to his eyes and smiled.
He focused chakra to his eyes and looked around. He saw everything clearly and Saw no vision of mist anymore. He looked at Blade and smiled. "Can i learn another Jounin level jutsu," he said and a smile grew across his face from one ear to another.

Hirose approached Blade at the beach and held out a sheathed katana. He wanted to learn the next stages of sword fighting.

"Well now that you've learned Mist Vision, you must learn how to develop Mist," Blade explained as he formed the seal. He then looked at Hirose and smiled. "Go run around the village again to train your muscles with the vest," Blade told him.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.

Reiniku landed soundlessly on the warm beach sand behind Zale with a amused look in his eyes, the shadow of a large bird with eyes that glowed a dark blue could be seen within a nearby tree as Hyousetsu became the size of a hawk on the branch she was watching from. Walking forward stealthfully and silently though the sand as he approached Zale, Reiniku smirked slightly while he reached his left hand out, trying to place it on Zale's right shoulder as he attempted to put Zale under a genjutsu that would force him to fall asleep on the spot.
(Nemuri (Sleep)
Description: A genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat.)
(Seeming as I am a stealth-nin...Unless you have something like the Byakugan I think I would of got you there....)
