(OK I am back, though I am going with my mom to drop my brother off at collage Monday and will come back Thursday. On the way we're are going to Niagara falls. After summer is over, I shouldn't be to busy, but I will most likely only be on 3 or 4 time a week. I might be on more then that, depends on what I am doing. Wow no one posted when I was gone. eek )

the sweet tigris (OK I am back, though I am going with my mom to drop my brother off at collage Monday and will come back Thursday. On the way we're are going to Niagara falls. After summer is over, I shouldn't be to busy, but I will most likely only be on 3 or 4 time a week. I might be on more then that, depends on what I am doing. ( Ah!!! I got back on Thursday night I needed sleep, and most of today I was busy. Okay I guess I will think of something for my characters to do, hum... )
Mia scratched her head, to think. She then turned to Varnis and said, "Well there is a lot of wild animals on the way to the Air nation, so we should be ok with a small about of rations until we get near the Air nation. Also If you guys are not very comfortable with cold weather, I would recommended you buy some warm clothing, the mountains are very cold around this time." When Varnis turned to Erik yelling about what kind of sword Erik had lost, Mia thought for a second, "I wonder if Erik has one of the seven swords?"

What Erik didn't add could have changed the whole conversation: Of course, for a few select people like me, death is no end.

"If you aren't too worried about it, and if we can get it back later, we should continue. We can always hint for Krious at a later time, he may even show up in front of us and we can get it back then." Varnis replied to Erik as he turned towards Mia. "So, we don't need much food due to the wild life, but we need warm clothes. My leather with fur should keep me warm but... Lets get some warm clothing."

Zanio just followed the group keeping quiet. He wasn't sure if he should stick with this bunch, but they where skillful. Maybe he could learn something from them, and maybe he could learn why those people where after him.

Varnis wore a pack on his back, that carried his own rations, bedroll, and tent. Draped over the back of the pack was a blue cloak with a hood that would cover his entire face to shield it from the harsh cold wind. Standing at the exit of the city, he waited for the others and was ready to leave the city.

Zanio carried nothing than what he already had with him before, except a longbow that was strapped over his back, and a few arrows. He knew how to shield himself from the winds with this earth magic, and the temperature was nothing to bother him since he could easily change the temperature around his own body due to his training with fire magic. He leaned against the wall of the city, waiting for them to leave.

Mia had only bought two things. Some sharpening stones, she had no idea how long the sword would stay sharp or if it even got dull and a long cloth, which she used to wrap up her old sword. She wasn't worried about the cold, when she was little she was taught how to control air magic to shield her from the cold. Mia had attached her new weapon to her belt. She then looked around to see if everyone was done.

Erik had grabbed a few things. Some flint and steel, to make fire, and enough supplies to keep his blade sharp. As he found the group, he posed a quick few questions: "Who's relying on magic to protect themselves from the cold? Who actually bought warm clothing? Who brought things to make fire?"

"I have this cloak to protect me from the cold wind, and my fur on my leather armor should keep me warm. But to start a fire, or supplies for a fire, I don't have anyway." Varnis replied to Erik as he looked out upon the land that was destroyed by the battle earlier.

"I can star a fire, and keep it going with ease until I go to sleep. It might be better to not have a fire when we are sleeping anyways. What with the demons, and the guys chasing me, and fire nation wanting to kill everything they get near." Zanio shrugged and still leaned against the wall as he waited for the others to get ready. "How long of a trip is it anyways?"

Mia turned to Erick and said, "well I know a technique that uses wind magic that protects me from freezing winds. Also no I did buy anything to use to start a fire, but If I need to I can start one." She then turned to Zanio and said, It took me 2 days of flying to get to Varnis' village. Then didn't it take about 2 days to get from the village to this city, so I think it might take about 6 days, maybe more."

Erik shook his head. "Magic is a wondeful thing, but overuse can be deadly. I know from personal experience: Too much casting will kill you." Erik then opened his pack and showed everyone his purchases. "I am quite adept at using magic, but even I recognize the need for mundane supplies. I've been playing this game since you all were just gleams in your daddys' eyes."

"Six days? Not too bad. But it would be better if we had horses, but I haven't seen any around here." Varnis shrugged as he walked over to where Erik was as he showed what he had gotten. "Well, I'm ready to get going, what about you three?"
