 Temple rolled his eyes a little and then raised an eyebrow, "Wait, infection? Since when do infections give you like super powers-- Goosie? What the hell?" He laughed, "What kind of crazy s**t are you involved in?"  "Is that enough info? I should really go--" Goosie said. "No no, what about this infection? Have you both got it? Does it turn you into a... dragon lady too?" Temple asked almost mirthfully.
"No!" Goosie protested, "Gawd, um, it's just this--I don't know how to explain it, it's just this thing, it changes you, but it doesn't make you like E-Evijan!"

 'Y'know, I was hoping for a bit more of a reassuring reply than that,' Asphyxia said, and covered her mouth as she yawned. 'Yeah, I should probably head back inside. Maybe turn in for the night. Don't want to fall asleep out here really.'

'As you wish,' Evijan acquiesced, smirking nastily. She allowed some NRGY to pool around one arm, and sent a DRK infused fist straight into Temple's face. 'Congrats, you've learnt about the infection. Lesson over.'

"Augh!" Temple staggered back, cupping his face to try and stave off the newly-acquired bloody nose, " Jeez! Don't ******** toy around, do you?" "Evijan!" Goosie exclaimed, "Don't!"

The now somewhat bloodied man shook his head again, wiping at his nose and then looking down at all the blood " Yeesh...that tough, huh?" "Now look, h-he's all beat up, how the heck is he going to explain that?" Goosie looked exasperated, turning to Temple and asking "Um, are you okay?" "Oh, I'm fine," He said, chuckling, and gently pinching the bridge of his nose with a grimace before adding a hoarse "So you can do that too? What else can you do?"

"Hah." He said drily, letting go of his nose and sniffling a little. Goosie frowned at the two of them before finally speaking up, "Um, let's go...sorry Temple."
She held out a hand, quickly opening a portal and starting toward it. "Hey, hang on! You've gotta tell me how you got this s**t, Chloe--there's no way you're leaving without telling me that." He said, grabbing Goosie's arm and yanking her back a little. The portal snapped shut as she lost her focus and nearly her balance as well.
"G-get off!" Goosie yelled, jerking free of his grasp and shoving him back, "G-gawd, you don't know what you're asking for! Just g-go away!"
