If you've read the rules carefully, it clearly states that there is no limit to the number of kidous you can learn. There are however, limits to the highest level of kidou you can learn, depending on your rank. And also, kidous must always be taught by a qualified trainer who knows them and you need approval from whoever is teaching them to you.
The exception to the above rules, is that when you make your character, you start with all kidous up to level 10, right away. No training, no approval needed.

I'm new to the guild. What's up?
So I have basic plan for a profile, I'm just not sure on what why to go with it.
Go Shinigami, and from there join a squad. But what squad?
Or I could go the road of Las Noches, as a Hollow.
So I guess the question is, what is more in demand?
