In the name of the Gotei thirteen, I, Karume Ichino, call for a hidden meeting in the back room of Bushou Meitei. I would like to call it to order immediately. The contents of the meeting will remain partly unknown until this meeting, but what can be said is it is in relation to the recent happenings in Karakura town. Your attendance is requested, but please avoid guests or uninvited members. The list is hand selected for a reason, no one else shall be permitted. Make haste.

Because there are some people I don't have a clue who they are... I really only invited trusted captains and their vc's, plus a couple vc's of the captains at question and one or two captains that aren't exactly on the friends list but still need to be to make a point (Akane Shiori for example)

And wow. I must apologize to everyone in the meeting. I've lost track of time and, unfortunately, I need to get some sleep. I do have school tomorrow morning and, to make it worse, I won't be home till late tomorrow because of rehersal for a trip we're going on next week. Hopefully the meeting and rehersal will pass quickly and I'll be back as soon as possible.
I'm sorry, it's unfortunate, but feel free to chat amongst yourselves until I get there. Again, I appologize, it was a mistake to do so tonight.
