((Chakra Re-Charge ( Chakra Denka ):
Description: After performing the tiger sign the user's chakra will re-charge fully. The problem is this can only be done 3 times during a fight and after they run out using the 3rd re-charge it hits them 3x harder knocking them out in critical condition due to such loss of chakra. ))

Sengetsu watched as the shinobi prepared their defences from overhead. "the attack doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon, which is good because I need to send the rock shinobi here for training, I will personally see to several of them but the others need to be trained in an academy and some in elements for which I just can't deal with." Sengetsu spoke. He levitated above the leaf village, his black anbu gear which he wore for his missions and his massive blood stained triple blade scythe on his back. Sengetsu released the jutsu and landed on the ground staring at Hero."ya know if you keep that up by the time they finally do get here what use will you be?" he joked. "Here since the grounds all wet I'll teach you a much better preparation technique...made it myself and since you are the toad sage you shouldn't have any problem with this right?" he grinned widely as he recounted the training Hero had once given him. "Its called chakra synchronization, it'll restore your chakra and boost other assets as well, it takes three posts to fully charge and I don't see anything..." he paused double checking the horizon using the superior analytical skills of his sharingan."so what do ya say?"
