Midian groaned out loud at the jab, and grimaced at MK.
'Got you worried, have I?' she asked, managing a lopsided grin. 'The name's Electrothanasia; that's all you need to know about me. Hey vampire, you're heavy.'
The security system had kicked into life again on Midian's call, and the door to the cell belonging to the vampire known as Raesa swung open.

'You sent him to us?' Midian asked MK, dumbfounded. 'Then what the bloody hell do you want him back for?! My dear vampire, the man himself told me that he was sent. We didn't take him. Normally, we get our specimens through abduction, and in his case, we didn't. Do pay attention.'
