"Asher," I nodded, as if his prescence meant nothing to me. "Dusk try to remember, try your hardest, please." I wanted to hug her, but knew she would simply push me away again.

"Dawn, I didn't kidnap you, they did." I walked up close to her and ran my fingers across her arm. "I came back for you." She was so close, but a feeling lingered in me that meant it would not last long.

"How am I supposed to trust you? You're the reason we're in this mess! The safe house would have been fine if it weren't for you! I am sure you are impressed with your work, aren't you?" I backed away from him, almost stumbling on Dusk who stood in a daze repeating something under her breath. His every feeling was fake now, his very existance was a lie to me.

I moved in closer, wanting her, though not wanting to want her. "Dawn," I sinked my teeth into her neck, letting her body fall limp in my arms. I slowly sucked the blood from her, loving the feel of control over her, the feeling I had wished for since we met.

Lexi heard his voice though the rubble she lost it. "No, Oh no! You did not just come back!" She yelled and threw herself at the wall of rubble, She kicked and punched and scratched sending stones flying. She looked back at Alphonse for a moment. "Take me through this, Please I know you can, Please I promise you will be rewarded." She was desperate, She had to rip him apart, She had to destroy him.

I released my grip of Dawn and set her down. "Yes, madam, I am. Now try as you may, you are trapped behind that pile and I am on the other side." I smirked shaking my head. "So how are you? And the others?" My voice held sarcasm, I didn't really care for anyone on the other side of that rubble. I looked toward Dawn and forgot the others. She lay across the ground now, passed out from my heavy feeding. I picked her up and placed her on my lap, smoothing her hair. "In case you want to know, I came back to find out information about Nathaniel. Now that Dusk seems to be back, he must be too. Oh, and also, I have Dawn in my lap passed out, so I wouldn't offend me if I were you. For the sake of the girl."

Lexi Threw another punch at the wall. "Alphonse, Please!" She begged she needed to kill him, to take his head in her hands and crush it. She needed to drain is body of blood. "Any thing." She then looked to the wall. "Why? It's not like you can't find him yourself!" She spat and smashed her fist into the stones.

"Find him?" I ran my fingers across Dawn and looked up. "So I am assuming he isn't with you, then?" I let out a small sigh, having hoped this would be easy. "Might as well stick around anyway, seeing as you don't seem to be caring for the girls or they wouldn't be on this side of the rubble, would they?" I pulled the sweater off of Dawn and rolled it up, placing it under her head on my lap. Her face was so beautiful, as was the rest of her. "Or maybe I should just scoop Dawn up and take her to the other side of the city with her sister following behind, what do you think?" I didn't plan on that really, I just wanted to aggrivate the woman.

Lexi Pressed herself against the stones. “What do you want Asher!” She yelled. “I swear you will get it if you just leave my girls alone!” She started to cry now. She felt completely useless and to blame for the horrible things that were happening. “It was unlike her, but she could do nothing, and so much was going wrong.

Franky stepped out of the crowd and wrapped an arm around Lexi's shoulder. "Breath, breath. Okay? Just breath. You need to stay here. You can't fight like this." Franky placed her in Mallory's arms. "Watch after her. I bid you all adieu, I am off to fight." He walked away.

I watched as the man took Dawn into his arms and drunk away her life, backing up against the wall as he did so. I wasn't sure what I was seeing, or if there was anything I could do to prevent him from doing so. I began to feel as if there was a strong connection between her and myself before the confusion; the thought of having to protect Dawn was the only thing on my mind now. I picked my head back up and glared over at the man who's name appeared to be Asher. Slowly, I began to approach him until I stood only a foot away. I didn't know his strengths but his weakness seemed to be Dawn, for the way he looked at her said enough. "Let her go!" I spoke boldly, though knowing that words alone wouldn't stop him. The more I stared at his retched face the more the throbbing pain in my head grew. My hands once more gripped onto either sides of my head as my eyes clenched close. Memories from earlier times sped through my mind as I soon began to piece together my past. After a moment or so my eyes fluttered back open.

Lexi cried softly into Mallory's chest. She shook slightly, but still seemed to have lost all airs of authority. With out that she was nothing more than what she appeared to be at first glance, a small lost girl that was in way over her head. But yet even now she knew that she had to do something. Unfortunately she was to overwhelmed to know what that something was. "I'm sorry Mal." She sniffled now worried that he would become disillusioned with her.

Franky sighed. Even though he had only known the group for a short time, Mallory felt like a brother. He could not leave behind a brother. Franky walked back. "Excuse my un-pardoned exit. Anything I can do to help here?" He patted Mallory's shoulder and rested a hand on it. Poor Lexi. "It's not necessary to be a leader all the time."

Lillith's eyes flashed angrily and she pulled a steak knife out of her jeans pocket that she had managed to grab when they had evacuated the safe house.

"Either help me move these blasted rocks or get out of the way." she all but growled, tired of watching everything happen from the outside, and tired of feeling helpless. Lillith could feel the girl's life blood being drained away, and knew that if she was not given fresh blood soon she could very well pass away at such a young age.

Lillith walked to one of the larger rocks and put her back against it, pushing as hard as she could. "I... have had... enough... of this!" she shouted between grunts, moving the rock only a few mere inches, but she was determined and kept pushing.

Too much was happening entirely too quickly for Mallory to do more than stand on the sidelines and quietly panic. He had not yet even realized Asher was a traitor and now he was behind the wall of rubble with the twins. Lance was gone, leaving Mallory with a kiss and a reminder of his promise which made him feel even more useless than he had previously. Could he really just hide down here and hope nothing would happen to him? It was so cowardly. Was there no use for him? Franky led a crying Alexia to him and instinctively Mallory put his arms around her, speaking soft, calming words in French. He rubbed her hair and back as though she were a small child. Then Franky was back, asking how he could help. "I do not know. Franky, bon ami, my good friend... I feel I do not know anything at all." Mallory glanced at the wall, then back to Franky. His next question he thought to Franky rather speaking aloud. Can you help them? My father can take you past the wall, if that is a hindrance.

Alphonse was not going to take Alexia across the wall in her current state, that much was certain. He needed someone calmer, someone who would not let rage cloud good judgment. At the moment, he was not so certain he even fit in that category.

((I'll edit my last post since he was supposed to be on the other side already. *shrug*))

"She's fine," I said, the girl laying in unconcience in my lap. The others were screaming on the other side, all trying tremendously to get to me. "Alexia, no need to be so rude. I have been gone a while, but I didn't know you missed me that much." My sarcasm was enough to make me chuckle under my breath, as if their suffering was absolutely hilarious. I looked down at Dawn, who I was sure would soon awaken. I had to think as quickly as possible. "So what do all of you think? Should I carry the girl out of the tunnel and back to headquarters, or keep her for myself? Dusk over here may want to come too, maybe we should ask her." I laughed softly. "And Lillith, don't hurt yourself trying to move away boulders the size of your head with whatever simplistic weapon you have over there, it won't work."

Lexi started to get a hold on her self. She started to breath and she dried her tears oh Mallory’s pajama shirt. "Thank you Mallory." She said in a quit minuet voice. She then pulled away and hand out a hand to Alphonse. "Ok, Come on." She commanded, but her voice still held a hint of begging rather than telling. She stepped forwards and grasped his hand in her own. her dark eyes bore into his with a terrible needing want for violence.

"Very well." Alphonse agreed. He still did not think it wise, but rather doubted any good would come of him saying so.

"Father, is that wise?" Mallory protested, echoing Alphonse's own thoughts. He was worried about the girls, there was no doubt, but Alexia seemed in no condition emotionally to go on the attack.

"Time will tell, mon fils. You try telling her no." Alphonse gave Mallory a small smirk before turning himself and Alexia into mist. It was only slightly more difficult with two and so it gave him no trouble to pass them both through the wall and behind Asher in this intangible form. He only hoped Alexia was ready to act quickly; there was no telling what Asher might do if cornered. He solidified their bodies once more.
