She looked away for a moment, then took a breath. "You see, last night I was pondering... and, I hate him." Kirai's eyes were darker in color as she said this. "And... it bothers me greatly that I can not take any action. Also, I was aware the RCS most likely did not know who destroyed the village, among other things."

He nodded then chuckled. "I'm not much help, however. Still no glasses..." Walking back, he seated himself at Kirai's side. "Why did you join The Black Cross again?" He mumbled, fiddling with a lock of her hair. "You're the kindest woman I've ever laid eyes on and yet...you're with us."
