Darius sat there for a second. He looked absolutly dumfounded. His pupils turned into little crystal blue dots. He couldn't take it anymore. He ran to her and hugged her withe those muddy arms. "Thank you," he said pausing for a moment, "So much!" Then, he emotionaly gave in and cried tears of joy still holding her.

Lily wasn't prepared for the embrace he gave her and it about knocked the wind out of her. "Your welcome." she said smiling and hugging him back. Lily looked into his eyes, "Oh come now, let's get out of the mud....." She pulled herself through the mud, and climed up the side of the gorge carefully, but quickly. Once she reached the top she sat down and waited for Darius to follow.

Darius sat there on his knees for a moment. He picked up the amulet and held it close to him. He then kissed the amulet and put it back around his neck. "Mother, Father, I'll find you again........Someday" He then stood up and walked to the edge and climbed up and sat next to Lily a smile small on his face and small droplets of tears from his eyes.

Once Darius had made it to the top, she got up herself. "I think I am going to walk in ok?" she tured around and started into the forest. "I'll catch ya later Darius!" she said over her shoulder puching her hair up into a bun she pulled out her pencil and stuck it through her bun so it stayed up. And continued down a path leading out of the forest.

"Ok!" he replied. Now he was alone. He sat there staring up at the sky as the wind blew through the messy curls he had. He sighed and felt someone rejuvinated and he was calm the breeze was like a breath of fresh air. He stood up after a while and walked back to Ria. The sun beaming down on him as he walked.

Poppy sat udner a tree, unseen in the perfect darkness. Her eyes were closed, thinking over those words Kurai spoke.we are all emotional he thinks..maybe I should try be emotionless..I wonder if that is possible..to take this pain away,no smiles,no frowns...is that how Joy feels being dead?
She took out the red ring,it sparkling in the darkness."Joy..come out.." Soon,a tanned girl with long green hair, and yellow cat ears and tail. She was the only cat Poppy could stand. Joy sat down beside her, smiling. "You talked to Kuri I see.." Poppy simply nodded after a few moments she spoke. "Hai..I told him to stay away."
"Because he looks like Master..I had the same trouble..."A pained look came across Joys beautiful face, still untouched by death."Maybe if I told him to stay away as well..I wonder if I would still be in the living world.."
Poppy just shrugged, not asking in on who who "him" was."Do you think I could ever get over it?" Joy rested her head ontop of Poppys, able to meet contact since Poppy had something precious of hers, her ring.
"You can never get over somehting like that, the first scar is the deepest, and will remain, but it won't be as painful..." "He calls girls too emotional.." Kuri was always odd..either being mean..or incredibly shy..it bugged me at times but heh. She giggled then contiuned. "You could forget, like I did..but that alwasy created more prombles,I felt very stupid when I couldn't remember my name..or you could be like Ella, heartless. She was content with that..but most people didn't like her".
"Content..I want that.." Joy just closed her eyes. "I have decided we will change my plans for you,you will find beyond contempt..but find true happiness..even if someone specail comes along,or realize who he is,or not...that is what I want for you.." Poppy didn't argue,Poppy never had a really good mother, and Joy was like, her Mother, who only wanted what seeemd best for her.
The two sat there in the darkness, one dead, and one wishing to get away the pain of life. Both thinking over their regrets, thei memories. And something they havn't found..true happiness.
"Im going to try the heartless thing,no emotions." "oohh God..your gonna be more like Ella now.. "Whos Ella.?" "Whos who? "...feh I don't care..."

The forest laid accessible to all at the school campus, though it appeared deserted, say for the wildlife and vegetation that resided within the bosky area. But many animals, except for those considerably nocturnal chose to turn in for the night, bidding the day adieu as the sun dispersed over the narrow horizon. With its departure, the moon was given life, as it shed its apocryphal light over the forest, shying away most day creatures as they scurried home. Crunch, went a f*****t (grouping of small sticks) as a lengthy, but bare foot crippled the small twigs, causing a man to wince as he snaked his body around a tree. His silver eyes peered through the forest, as though he was endowed with clairvoyant vision. In the distance he spotted not a soul, excluding the deers that were quenching their thirst at a bubbling stream.
Shallow vines looped themselves high amongst a canopy-like area within the forest, almost giving the possible deciduous forest a rainforest semblance. Mavrel's nostrils flared with the multifarious scents that flooded his noise, causing his demeanor to flow from cautious to elated within seconds. Well... there shouldn't be anything to worry about here. The forest is simply to the right of the campus, and that is a relief in my mind. But he maintained some of his precautionary air as he scuttled a steady hand through his blackish gray locks, lifting the strands that shielded his left eye briefly. He was not clad in much, only a simple wife beater that partially outlined his waist-up physique, which was that of a lean muscled hand combatant.
And his legs were generously garbed in loose black slacks, that barely fell over his ankles. All in all, he was comfortable, even with his possible lack of coverage. Other than his current attire, his release and regulation papers were bulging noticeably in his right pants pocket, with their rigid edges and corners. Gradually, he eased his foot from the crushed sticks as he continued upon his benighted travel through the forest, figuring he would settle there for the night. As his legs made singular and coordinated rises, the folded papers would push harshly against his right leg. But he either seemed to ignore this nuisance, or not feel it at all as his eyes scoured about his current surroundings. His short ambling did not lead him too far as he came to a short but certain clearing, with three boulders planted within the ground, but in various locations.
His eyes appraised the enormous rocks, judging which he should to simple rest upon for a while. Hmm... the one towards the left seems fine. He rubbed his chin thoughtfully, almost as though it wore a bit of troublesome stubble. His mind condoned any further thoughts as he swiftly sashayed towards the rock, seating himself easily as his back became slightly hunched. As his legs remained slightly apart, he eased his arms onto them, staring into his hands for a while, before dismissing them as his orbs shot skyward. Casually, a flaccid leaf blew within the wind, as it hung from an overbearing tree, offering him some protection from the moon's piercing light. Some light did penetrate through the thin leaf, but that couldn't be helped, and he frankly didn't mind, even as his pupils shrunk partially.
Calm winds pulsed through the forest as he rested, gazing distantly at the moon, and with a quelling smile upon his long face. The breezes jollied themselves amongst his neck-length ashy hair as he composed himself, moving his arms along his legs as he sighed. Well, if the forest here is calming, then I suppose the school must be just as nice. He chortled to himself in an imperfectly rugged tone, that sounded more gentle than hoarse. Strange how I practically arrived here without any of the other students noticing me, heh... ah well, I can pass by anyone really. I have to, especially when I get the urge to go a bit primal. Though his smile was airy and careless, a low sigh flowed from his lips, possibly becoming manifest due to a slightly unpleasant thought.
Hhmm.. But nothing good ever really comes out of my transformation, I'm only likely to scare everybody if I change here. He groaned then, figuring that his fun was spoiled automatically. As he scooted his right leg slightly, the burdensome papers rustled disturbingly, reminding him of yet another reason to keep on the down low. Meh, they only wanted to spoil my fun, even as I arrived here. Still... I bet their living it up with me being gone, drinking champaign and playing the nooky game with the secretaries. A more heated sigh surpassed his lips as he clenched his fist, reflecting upon things distantly, recalling that his parents were possibly oblivious to his leave. Well, I guess I'm going to miss Cookie, Sam, Marice, and everyone else.
But not those lousy good 'fer nothin' caretakers... for all I care, they can go on thinking that I'm dead. I mean... they just left me there, without really trying to solve the problem themselves... A low hiss tumbled from his lips as he thought about his parents, not wanting them to know, as he apparently thought that they were apathetic when he came into subject. So, he remained there, simply stewing upon the rock as his severe gaze was pointed towards the ever grinning moon.

His anger was only temporary as he balanced his chin upon an open palm, silver optics glimmering with betrayal. After a while, he simply disregarded the moon's curious gaze as its luminous brilliance sought to seep through the overbearing leaf. If not for the lack of split ends on the leaf's part, it could have reached him fully, hopefully to call him away from what annoyance and frustration he felt. But even then, he still would have ignored it, feeling too disturbed at the moment to allow his gaze to linger. Hhm... it won't do me any good to feel angry now, I should just retire for the night. Though he knew that here was a supposed male dormitory on the campus, he didn't desire to rest there. At least, not for his first and current night. If he remained within the forest, he was likely to have a placated and serene ambience, though such was not guaranteed. I guess being here could be similar to life at the institution. Just... this place is much bigger.
A large and boastful yawn erupted from his lips, as though attempting to usher him into a deep slumber. But he wouldn't budge from his roost as his chin sunk further into his palm. A drowsy chuckle flowed brusquely from his lips as his plated eyes began to droop, exhaustion pulling heavily upon his optics. "Mm... heh, this seems just like the institution, everyone is about my age. Well, unless-," a yawn cuts him off, before he settles his chin more deeply upon his palm, "Unless there are immortals." And best of all... my parents aren't here, just as before. A casual but smug grin crept onto his lips as his lids fell, flat and peacefully over his eyes. Hhmm... I wonder if they were ever told. With his final thoughts and words dispersed into the chilling air, his body stood still, almost as profoundly as a statue. His position didn't appear all that comfortable, but he obviously didn't appear mindful of it.
Eventually, he was past the point of even acknowledging the moon's presence as his mind dove into his furtive and subconscious realm. But despite his new placement there, he didn't dream; no sweet fantasies manifested before his mind's eyes. He simply slept, under the neglected moon and with his nose pointed towards the winds.

His steps where being mimiced. Jack made a quick glance back and saw the girl from the day before. He looked forward grining he continued steping intill he reached a slighly large stump. He then murmmered,
"looks like a portal to the roots is shown."
Jack chukled, then raised his arms streight up. His jacket and shirt slid off folding themsleves and seting against the stump, he undid his shoes and socks manualy. seting them next to his othrer attire. He then steped onto the stump, colsed his eyes, cuped his hands and placed them palm faceing palm next to his navel. he inhaled a silent long breath and raised himself a few inches above the stump.

Jack quickly brought his hands together griping them. After this new hand shape he brought up and crossed his legs so there was a few feet between him and the stump. He took a deep breathand lowered himself untill he was a foot above the stump. He relesed his handsand streachd them out wards. As he did this two leaves began to circle around him slowly. He could feel all the power inside these fences. So much power contained hitting the fences, like great waves laping against a beach. He knew that he could learn so much here and draw from the sea of power. He could also drown within the power and die. At this time more than a hundred leaves where circleing him verry quickly, createing a gust of wind as he fell. A wave had hit him, he was knocked out for now at least.

The Ancient forest was like a vast maze, as least, in Lenair's mind. As soon as she had stepped foot into it, she found herself winding about similar trees and even tripping over a few unearthed roots. Without her angelic sense or powers for that matter, she was left to face the whims of any usual clumsy girl. For now, she was a complete mortal, for an undetermined amount of time to her dismal. Hhmm... I thought this would make for a peaceful outing, but I'm only getting even more upset. Heh, now that I'm lost, it seems. Her sapphire eyes flitted over a fear overbearing oak trees as she eased herself onto the ground, booted feet kicking up a few dry leaves along the way. She eased her head against the trunk of a tree, azure hairs being forced upward as they snugly cupped her face. Her eyes became crestfallen as she brought her knees inward, causing the puffy silk pants that fit her legs to bunch up slightly.
Towards the waist-up portion of her body, she wore a loose blue blouse, that was sleeveless. If not for the loss of her tattoos, she wouldn't have worn such a thing. But now she had a slight lack of modesty, since there wasn't a need to cover up one other abnormality. Sullenly, she brushed the delicate fingers along the side of her right cheek, feeling no impressions as they scuttled along her face. A low sigh surpassed her lips briefly, as she was about to loop her arms around her legs. But they only made it half way as she heard a sudden and loud thud, resounding somewhere near her. She froze, blinking curiously as she made a steady rise from the tree. Huh?... What was that?... It may have been best if she had stayed there, but her new and more childish curiosity wouldn't let her rest. So, she then parted from the tree, her obsidian boots brushing against the ground as she circled it and then kicked off into a light amble.
"Hello," she called a bit warily. Her call went unanswered, but she continued on, becoming all the more inquisitive. Thankfully, it did not take her long as her sapphire orbs spotted someone sprawled along the ground, a male to be exact. Her eyes widened to some extent as she rushed towards him, questions flaring instantly about her mind. Woah... I wonder what happened to him. He shouldn't have been out for long. As she reached him, kneeling instantly beside his form, she allowed her pale fingers to brush against his forehead. Instantly, she didn't sense a fever, so she rested her hands along his shoulders, shaking his softly. "Hello, Sir, are you all right?" Lenair inquired subtly.

A snort came from his nose as he slowly roused from his sleep. A haze still floatingabout him he griped his forehead. He had felt it comeing that time it was like the place dident like someone taping into it and prying out it's secrets. He was starting to have his doubts about the medication working here. The haze slowly lifted and much to his suprise a young woman had been shakeing him awake.
"why hello there"
Jack said welcomely
"Its rude to wake a man from sleeping ya know "
He grined sheepishly, and sat up checking his body for any wounds.

Lenair continued her gentle shakes for a while, hoping to rouse the stranger from him unconscious state. But why, she really didn't know. Her first thought was that he had been in some certain danger, leading him to pass out from an attack. But as she gained a further gander about their surroundings, all she could find were a plethora of leaves scattered along the ground. Hhmm... the dry leaves here don't seem at all disturbed, or crushed for that matter. Maybe nothing happened here... She couldn't be too sure herself, but she continued on persistently, since something about the situation sparked worry within her. Eventually, as an almost humorous snort resounded from his nose, she halted briefly; her eyes taking a more thorough examination. He didn't appear to have any bruises or lacerations, and his forehead didn't appear to have an indentation. Nevertheless, as her sapphire gaze flowed back towards his face, she awaited his noticement of her presence. Gradually, as he griped his forehead in what appeared to be sure annoyance or frustration, she allowed her hands to fall from his shoulders, easing them down at her sides. His gaze was distant, as though he were caught in a foggy mist, but she waited, hoping that he was all right. Finally, as the haze seeped from his awakening gaze, he appeared to finally see her, almost with slight surprise. She blinked, no longer rubbernecking as he greeted her. To his second statement, a small pink tint reached her cheeks; maybe she had made a mistake. "Oh, I see," she warily replied. "I'm sorry then, I thought that you had been in some sort of trouble. I just heard a thud around here and headed over." Heh... I guess I really hadn't been thinking. Still... I wonder what he was doing...

He streached his arms skyward and his shirt and jacket came over his head and arms. He pulled them down lightly makeing shure they where on properly. He then heard the girl
"Oh! Dont worry about it I was only jokeing. My name is jack by the way."
He circled around the stump grabbed his shoes and then came back to the side the girl was on. He put he shoues back on. He wondered how she found him so soon after he fell asleep, mabey she was watching him.

((Ah, alright.))
Her gaze fell transiently as he fit his shirt over his head and arms. The shallow blush remained, but it had not been brought on by merely gazing at him. She was still embarrassed, having made a slight error, though a cautionary one. Eventually, she extended her knees, allowing her to rise into an erect standing position. At his reply, her head shot up towards him, slight surprise seen visibly within her gaze. "Well, if you say so," she remarked while patting her hands down her pants. A few leaves fell loosely from her pants, but not many. As her eyes tried to follow him about the tree, her expression lightened somewhat; a diminutive smile was at least seen upon her face. "But anyway, it's nice to meet you Jack. My name is Lenair." Heh, I suppose it's a good thing that he doesn't appear suspicious of me. It's strange... this all seemed to be brought upon a good coincidence. I mean, I couldn't even sense him here... or maybe I could... She shrugged carelessly at her final thought, figuring she couldn't sense auras with the lack of her angelic abilities. As the mortal that she was now, she was without any of her manipulation skills, let alone her holy magic. Gradually, as he stood beside her once more, after making a cycle about the tree, her smile broadened partially. "So, are you feeling well then?" Lenair questioned, as she pushed her hands to her sides once more. For but second, her eyes flitted to the side, causing her to ponder once more where she was in the forest. Sadly, she was still lost. But at least now, she was lost and with company. A low sigh tumbled from her lips as she scuttled a steady hand through her short sapphire locks, just before refocusing her gaze upon Jack.
