"Eh...stuff happened....anyway know that i think about it the place I'm headed may just be in someone else's clan territory. Might be gown longer then a day and i may fall into a little bit of trouble. I want you personally to watch over things wile I'm away just in case i get myself killed flipping skirts on foreign soil." Kagai said in joking sort of way
He shoved Akki playfully attempting to push her over before he pulled on his shirt.

"one can only hope" Akki said laughing as he nudged her slightly. She swayed a bit before deciding to lay on the nice warm roof top. Akki stretched out looking up at the sky.
"I suppose i could take over while your away..but dont be surprised if stuff just 'happens' to change here and there..." She said jokingly and sticking out the tip of her tongue.

Kagai fell back hands behind his head staring straight up into the sky he was no longer smiling. It was as if something had distracted him a thought trying to dismiss it and make the best of things he said something completely random to get his mind off of it.
"You always smell nice kitty" Kagai said then did a double take.
He was kind of shocked by what he said he didn't expect to say that exactly it just kind of came out speaking the first thought that came to his head out loud. Kagai tensed up a bit feeling kind of embarrassed about what he just said.

Akki turned her head to face him,and after a brief pause to process what he had just said she chuckled softly, a light hue of pink spreading across her cheeks, barely noticeable under the moon light.
"thanks?" She didn't really know how to reply to that

"uh... yea...so Akki do you have a legacy things that you did in the past that may have sprouted a few nicknames? Has your Legacy made you friends or enemies in the past? was just curies" Kagai asked he was relaxed again and staring over into Akki's eyes.

"me..a legacy?...naw..nothing yet, but im still young, all my life I've been running away from war or training my a** off mastering fire." Akki said stifling a yawn. She looked up at the moon, it was almost over head now. Her amber eyes scanning the skies above.

"Fire came to me naturally i was born with the insite the abilaty to create and manipulate fire. But Thats my limit i cant learn to bend earth unless i use alcomy. Earth is the only other element i can effect at all for the most part with a little loop whole. So why did you have to state the fact that your so much younger then me? Are you trying to say i am to old to wow you with my good looks and profound swordsmanship? One of my nicknames is Kagai the chameleon after all. I can tamper with my features a bit change my hair and eye color even my skin pigment a bit. What loser kid know and days can top that hmmm?" kagai said with a smile

"fire came naturally..way too naturally..i had to train to control it not to use it." Akki said smiling "and i pointed out my age because demons like use..who live for eons at a time, we tend to do things at our own pace. But i can top you on someone who is younger and much more valiant and awesome than you, actually I've got two people." She said holding up two fingers closing her eyes.
"but they are far from being losers mind you." She said laughing softly opening her eyes staring at the star overhead.

"Ah well kids these days when i was young i had to fight for hunting grounds and the right to exist. i even fault in a war and lost most of my race of demon over time. All they have to do is try to look cool with a silver spoon in there mouths ah well" Kagai said this mostly to himself in a very very soft voice if you where not trying hard to hear him you probably wouldn't.
Kagai closed his eyes and stretched out a bit popping a few joints in response to the stretching.

"My father and twin brother were hardly born with silver spoon, both were persecuted for what they were. My father a half breed human,and my brother Human born of demon. I dont think i've ever told you but, but my dad..he was the leader of the fire clan more than 500 years ago, he retired to better take care of his family" Akki said softly playing with her waist long fire red hair, her eye giving a soft glow to them remember her past.

"All of my family is dead and most of my friends makes me a little bitter from time to time sorry if i offended you. So your father was a leader here hmmm... explains why your horrible at taking orders i guess. Akki....do you think i am a good person well demon?" Kagai asked he was propped up on an elbow.
Kagai reached a hand out and ran it through her hair absentmindedly. He watched his hand run through her hair slowly it was so soft he couldn't stop.

She turned her head to face him once more her eyes were calm and yet fierce.
"Yes, you care for the people that you lead, though i may disagree on certain things, in the end, you do what you think is right to help and protect those who look up to you."

Kagai pulled a hand full of hair over his nose and breathed in Akki's sent then slid the hair over the side of his face steal slightly zoned out.

Li lay on the floor of the sitting room, staring at the ceiling as she listened to Cort's soft snoring. Akki wasn't home yet, and Li hadn't wanted to leave Cort alone- she wasn't sure he wouldn't just run off. Worry gnawed at the pit of Li's stomach. I have to go see Kagai, but not now.
