The scientist closed and locked the door behind them.There were vents in the room that were connected to tanks of gasses that would put Judas to sleep painfully if he tried to escape.
"James."Judas said turning to face them."C'mere."He sighed.James walked over to him."This will probably be the last time I can do this."He said as he lifted James shirt out of the way and placed his hand on his rib.
"I know"James replied sadly."So when will they....?"He asked as his insides began to move back into place.He looked like it was very painful.
"They are giving me a few days, and if I 'repent' then they'll let me stay."He said."Either way I'm going to burn, I don't see the point."He said

Imerius looked at the door and licked his lips and glanced at the door. "Just say the word and I will bite that scientists head off and eat him. No one will know what happened. There will just be the striped bones, innards, and blood. They can't send me to my maker. Every single Manhattan agent will come down here and tear the place down screw by screw." Imerius was just huffing and puffing, but he was still sure that Niccea, Trenton, Nero, and Whym would defend his honor. Nero would come back just because of his promise to Niccea that he would be safe.

Judas shook his head no."They'd just blame it on me."He said"You'd get a meal, and I get killed early...Doesn't sound like a good idea to me."He saidHe looked over to the bloodied man."You need me to heal you too?"He asked.It was obvious he was more lax than James.
Death's thought creeped into James' mind."Imerius, he's here."He said He grabbed the hilt of his sword."How did he get here?" He asked.

Imerius raised his eyebrows and thudded James on the head. "What did I tell you about telepathing? Who, what, when, why, how." He then shook his head to the offer of healing. "Pweese? Can I eat him. My metabolism needs my weekly meal of agent. My body can heal itself in time. That scientist has been on my last nerves all day. I need to eat something." He violently punched the wall off the boy's cell. Maybe Niccea could transfer...which led him to another subject. "Did you hear that stiff call me Majeare like the name means anything these days? Gawd. As soon as Aunt Niccea marries I'm changing my name to Cameo. I'll take her husband's name." He covered his mouth... "Umm...don't go blabbing around that a woman named Niccea is engaged to Cameo...it could bring trouble...for me...and her...and Cameo." Imerius seemed talkative today.

She finished off her food quickly and searching through her pack one last time she closed it tight and began walking again. "I know it's around here somewhere" She continued to walk until eventually finiding a spot she knew "I think i'm close...ooh why didn't I pay more attention"

Judas sighed"Sure just try to do it far away from my 'room'"He said.He wanted at least the last three days he had on this earth.If he were blamed for murder, he would be killed without second doubt.
James sighed."I can't control it.Sometimes I just hear thoughts."He said defending himself."And all I know is he is near Roma's office.

Imerius roared in his draconian voice. Who the hell is HE? He calmed down and snapped his jaw into place. "Sorry. He got angry." This time "he" referred to the feral side of himself. He leaned against the wall. He was glad that this was the only time he would have to be in a cell. It cramped his free style.

Archer motioned to Ruth.
"There's a bunch of cops over there. Undercover. It's obvious by the way they're trying to act normal. Shall we?"
Ruth sighed.
"Okay then. But nothing gory, please."
"Of course not. I'll only use my sword if things get really ugly."
"Yeah, but Archer, self control isn't your forte..."

Death'sm ine was still active 'hm... I sense you telepath... and I know you can hear my thoughts, Im psychic too... but you cant do a thing, Im going to be repaired soon and when I am, you'll be my first target for jamming your knife into my chest.. which is still in there. I'll be sure to give it back, though your life can be spared if you can do a job for me' he thought knowing James could hear him.

'too bad you won't be repaired.'James thought.He allowed it to enter Imerius's mind too.He was like a party line now.'I'll inform brother Roma as to what you are.'He thought as he went through the hole Imerius had created."I have to see Brother Roma."He said running out.
Judas smiled.if he tried to escape now, no one could do a thing.He was already going to hell, so why not spend a while longer in this life.He'd wait a while, so it would seem his brother had busted him out.
While they were in the room, the scientist had bravely ran away from Imerius.
Raiden sighed."Archer...go have fun I'm in a good mood."He said twirling his new sword.He sheathed it.He connected to one of the cops's minds.He smiled largely.'your all going to die'He thought into his mind.Few knew it but he loved fear.He was particularly good at inducing it.He was sending waves of fear into the man.The cop started eyeing the area."Paranoid."Raiden said.

Death's thoughts were filled with laughter for a second 'you cannot stop this, and he knows what and who I am, I was repaired before by agents of the past... all agents shall be saved from my massacre of the human populus.. if you are a agent, then your suffering will not come by my hand yet. My repair and upgrade will begin shortly and once I have at least 10% of my power back, I can break your rib again just as easily as the last time if you try to interfere'

Imerius smiled and used his voice. "Leave it to me." He sent a fire ball after the scientist first. A message. Imerius delved down into himself and used his fundamental telepathy. He was horrid at it and he was over bearing. He spoke again for letting loose. "You might want to close down your thoughts. I suck at this." He went back and let the mixed thoughts of a dragon and man merge. 'NOW HERE THIS, 'DEATH.' YOUR FIGHT IS WITH ME AND YOUR CREATOR LEAVE THE KIDS OUT OF THIS OR I WILL FIND A LOVELY WAY TO DESTROY YOU MIND AND SOUL. I DO NOT KNOW OR CARE ABOUT YOUR CREATOR'S WELL BEING. STAY OUT OF THE CHILD'S MIND.' Imerius brought his telepathic blocks back up leaving Death in silence.
((And what happened before was Imerius was getting frustrated about James not explaining who "he" was. Did Judus just escape?))

((Noy yet, he is waiting for James to leave, so people won't think that it was him who put a hole in the wall.))
The scientist turned to see the fire heading towards him."James!"It was the only word that came from his mouth before the fire made contact.
James looked at Imerius with a little terror,and a little confusion."Why did you kill Brother Kameo?'he asked before Imerius had yelled in his mind."Ouch"He said now having a massive headache."We need to tell Brother Roma about the mistake he has made."He said motioning for Imerius to follow him.
Judas sighed he walked over to Imerius."Just so you know I'm Judas."He said. "You might want to tell Roma that I escaped."He said walking out.Suddenly it seemed he was a scientist.His body hadn't changed, but he used the light around him to make him appear to be Kameo."See ya"He said.
