Yeah. I prefer to keep arguements/judges out, or at least, out of sight, as much as possible myself. Though the last RP combat thing I was in I got hosed because I didn't call the judges to straighten out some pretty "funny" stuff. Didn't quite want that to happen this time, so I"m guilty as well.

I just tried to keep most of it out of the Public Arena. sweatdrop

heh, well, its not really anyone's fault. its just...the chunin exams are gonna be kinda competitive, and that means there are going to be some arguments and such. its a pain, but there's no way around it. but, still, rping is rping. we just gotta have as much fun with it as possible, or it really is pointless.

I'm too tired to make commentary. But on another subject: is anyone else depressed to find out that Code Geass is going on Adult Swim in the Spring? [For anyone who doesn't know, Code Geass is an anime that basically be defined as Death Note meets Eternal Sabbath meets Gundam. Seriously.] It isn't a bad anime. Not my favorite though. Good music aside from that one Ali Project song.

But I'll be so depressed to see it coming to America and becomming something like Death Note and Naruto and Bleach over here. That's why I fear for Ouran's and Haruhi's safety. They're getting so popular it's only a matter of time until they slink their over to our American cartoon channels. -dies-

Oh, I had fun with it. I'm just waiting to see what the final results are before I continue onwards. After all, win or lose is going to have an impact on how I play my character in the Aftermath. wink

Personally I loved what I got to do. Yeah, could have been better, but then again, so can anything really. Wasn't bad, I'd rate it... a B overall.

I actually got a lot of character development and experience in. Just forgot to "show my work" on it for the judges. Mostly because I figured that during the middle of a fight I'm not going to have time to have some inner monologue going on. sweatdrop

Just wondering now where I'll have him show up during the down time. Probably his home. Maybe some self RPing with his family unless I can get somebody to talk things over with. Probably Keiji as far as IC connections. Only real friend he has. Course could make a new friend. Or maybe bother Miyuki as they both are getting fixed up after the slobberknocker fight they had.

Dunno, alot I want to do.

heh, yeah, i know what you mean. for me, my character is pretty new. i don't really want to be a chunin. i just sort of want to see how far i can go.

dang...i didn't do any inner monologue. normally i do, kinda planning out the actions for all my attacks....oh well. lol sucks for teh proctors, i guess.

idk, i know what i'm doing though. i'm going to by training my chars. a** off. i want a new attack by the next leg. hmm...maybe i could fight hideo over it...i hate ending a fight over just 5 posts.

dude...i can walk on water, i can fly! and thats soooo not teh drugz talking...

I am an anime connoisseur, which is a fancy word for snob. I'm only picky about it because I am on a swim team heavy with dorks who, while cute, know very little about anime and talk about how much they know about it. When listing their favorites: "Bleach, Naruto, Death Note." I asked about Trigun and they said: "It's never on Adult Swim and it looks stupid." [I cried. Trigun got me into anime]. And any other anime just got this blank stare from them, they had never seen it in their life.

When you haven't heard of Sailor Moon, you are either really young, or have issues. [To be fair, they were much younger than the Senshi generation.]

Actually it doesn't bother me at all, the importing that is. I know a lot of purists who curse the very idea that someone would translate, find new voice actors, or even subtitle an anime.

But... I'm poor. I live out in the sticks with no asian import stores (Except for Indian Food Stores oddly enough). And I don't just pirate stuff online. I could, but I choose not to. Respect issue in my mind, if I created something I wouldn't want to lose potential customers that way, so why do it to them? sweatdrop

So unless we actually get a shipment of Manga in the bookstore (Rare), or it comes on TV... I generally don't get to see it. sweatdrop

lol. yeah...i'm sorta like that, but i don't really pretend i know whats going on with anime.

dude...who hasn't heard of sailor moon? lol. all the little girls love it and, well, i gotta say, those transformation scenes are dead freakin sexy. XD

It's not a bad anime. It's really annoying in parts [seriously, the episodes are sooo repetitive]. I like Card Captor Sakura and Sugar Sugar Rune as far as animes that are great for little ten-year-old girls go. Petite Princess is great too. [It made me cry in the end. Great character development.]

I think most transformation scenes are dirty. Like Pretear? -gags- But Pretear is still good, she has wearable bishonen!

Ug. I remember Sailor Moon. It was... the third anime I watched I think. Just about killed the interest in me.

They almost always go naked. Sometimes it's shown more than others. In sugar Sugar Rune they don't show skin at all. And in Card Captor Sakura, they don't even have a transformation sequence. She comes in the outfit [made for her by her psycho best friend]. And then turns her little key into the staff. In the first episode, she fights in her PJs. I thought that was cool.

Bad anime. Great manga. I'd read it, rather than watch it.
