Kanji went back to the spell book, trying to memorise the spells. His master would never let him keep them, because memorising all the spells shows real mental strength.

"I will tell you all what i have to say, but only when the time is right. As of now, no one is ready to hear what i have to say. Alli should stay here for the time being." After saying that, he looked around to find Alli. "Where did she go?"

Alli continued following the trail, trying to figure out why it was wavering. "Frey, do you see anything?" She asked, looking down. Frey searched, and didn't see anything. Alli sighed, and continued looking.

"All right, I understand."
When she was about to say something else, Strycnine mentioned Alli who was now missing. She looked around her.
"She was just here a little while ago...Kleineshe, did you see her?"
Kleineshe looked around when he sensed the direction Alli and Frey went off to. "I believe she went in that direction. It's faint, but I can sense her and her dragon companion."
Reya nods slightly then looks at Stycnine calmly, "We should go look for her. I have a bad feeling about this..."

"I would never master" Kanji sent mental pictures to Alli of where to land

Alli smiled as the pictures came into her mind. She pointed to the area that he had shown her, and Frey nodded. The landed in the clearing, and Alli climbed off.
"Its time for the ceremony!" She cupped her hands around her mouth. "Come on Kanji!" She felt something strange, she kept one hand on Frey. "Somethings wrong..." She muttered.

Kanji walked out of the forest "Of course somethings wrong. Why do you think I sent you the pictures. Huh? Certainly master" Kanji steped back
"WELL, WELL. WHO DO WE HAVE HERE?" The earth split open and a figure conceled in flames apeared out of the gap. Kanji bowed low.

Alli shrieked, and jumped onto Frey. He started flying off, and Alli tried putting up a liquid wall around them. The bubble was thick, with a window so that Frey could see.

"HAHAHA FOOLISH GIRL. YOU CANNOT GET AWAY"
A portal apeared directly in front of Frey sending the dragon and rider to the ground in front of the hovering figure.

Alli closed the window in the bubble, and concentrated on keeping it up. She started sending pictures of her location to Reya and Strycnine, with the words HELP, MAGE, and KANJI accompanying them.

Reya looked back at the princess and her eyes widen very slightly.
"You're serious, aren't you...Princess?" She looked on to Marimeia in slight amusement.
"The king failed to mention that he has a headstrong daughter for a princess. This is going far beyond the job of a mercenary...But I was asked to protect you after all, and this may work out."
She looked over to Strycnine. "Strycnine, was it? Shall we join together then...?"
Kleineshe just looked at Reya, "I thought you didn't care about royalty."
"I don't. But I do care about my clients. And I don't want anyone getting hurt."
Just then, images flashed through Reya's mind, causing her to snap her head in the direction they had sensed Alli. "What...!? It seems like we have no time...Alli's in danger, we need to make haste."

Alli struggled to keep the bubble up, she closed her eyes, and concentrated. 'Get here soon!' She pleaded in her mind. Frey was ready, just in case Alli's bubble failed them.

She nodded in silence. "Just a minute young lady!" Marimeia whipped around to see the queen standing by the throne with an irritated look. "You will not be going with them." "But- mother-" "Do not contradict me! It is too dangerous, and unlady like for you to go." "Mother let me help them." "Help them? You can not even fight." She then turned her attention to Reya. "Are you the one I've heard about? The mercenary with a trecherous reputation? And why do you look familar? Are you trying to impersinate someone?"
