Saber only watched them, lightly squeezing Opheliah's hand as well. He said nothing more about what was going it. It was more between the family than anything else. He was only glad he didn't walk down without his shirt so Suru couldn't assume that he was doing things with his other sister. Saber scoped up another mouth-full of pasta and continued eating. He was sure that he'd act the same way toward guys if he were in Suru's place while talking to his own younger sister.

Suru smiled and nodded lightly to Po, going back to playing with his silverware crossed across his plate. When Jak spoke and took his hand, he looked up and smiled in a weak, haunted sort of way.
"Of course not. I want her back with us as much as you do. Just send my love to her."
Canti beamed softly, looking up at Po. Her face still glowed bright red, but it was more from pleasure then embarassment now.
Ophelia slipped her hand out of Saber's to let him eat, and continued to eat herself as well, thinking. Suru's reaction was not good. He didn't like Saber, already. She had a feeling of why. Because he reminded him so much, justlike he had Ophelia, of Lucius.

Jak pulled Suru from his seat. "Walk me to the door gorgeous?"
He bent down to pick up his shirt, shrugging into it as he grinned at his love.
Po smiled as he watched the two older boys together, his eyes catching Canti's he cupped his hand to her warm cheek.

Suru nodded weakly and followed Jak to the door, pulling it open for him. Cool air came in the door and he shivered, still shirtless.
"Be careful. I mean . . ."
He fidgeted, not quite sure of what he was trying to say.
Canti smiled broadly, leaning over to kiss him, then stood. She gathered up Suru's, Jak's and her own plate, stacking them near the sink.

Jak smiled as he pulled him into his arms, his lips meeting Suru's hungrily.
"Dont worry sweet, everything will work out in time. Get some rest and meet me at the Fallen Star later?"
Po picked up his plate and folowed Canti to the sink, his arms snaking around her from behind as he pulled her close. "Let me take care of those love, you've done enough already."

Saber still felt awkward even though the attention had shifted off of him for the time being. He ate the rest of his lunch in silence then looked toward Opheliah when he was done. "I think I'll shower at my place..." Older siblings had never scared him off but he wanted to tread carefully now that he found Opheliah. "I don't think I should overstay my welcome..."

Suru nodded lightly and leaned his head against Jak's after parting from the kiss.
"I might be there, I'm not sure. Either way, I'll see you soon, huh?"
"If you want to help, you can rinse, angel."
She rolled her back, pushing into him and smiled, turning on the water and flicking a little over her shoulder at him, playfully.
Ophelia nodded, lightly, understanding. It was an awkward situation, and she didn't want to keep Saber in it. She pushed her chair back and stood up, stretching and led him to the back door, gently.
"This way, so we don't interrupt those two at the front, no?"

Saber followed her to the back door but before he left, he pulled out a slip of paper and wrote down directions to the manor. He then handed it to her and gave her a little smile. "Just in case you feel like stopping by sometime." He leaned in and kissed her lightly. "I hope to see you again soon, kitten..." With that, he turned and left. He didn't really want to go but he didn't want her brother breathing down his neck if he stayed. Saber looked back once, a frown on his lips, then kept walking.

After Jak had slipped out, Suru went up to his room to sleep. After some amount of time he got up, dressed and slipped out past his sisters, headed for the Star.
Ophelia watched Saber go, feeling a sharp twinge in her chest. She sighed, and shook her head, slipping back into the house and up to her room.

He reached into the sink, splashing her with a handful of water, his eyes dancing as the front of her shirt got wet.

"AYA!"
Canti shrieked and spalled a handful across his cheek, letting it drip down his neck into his shirt.
"Now either help me do these dishes or get out of my way!" she laughed brightly.

She laughed and muttered something a lot like, 'evil little b*****d' under her breath, starting the dishes.
When they were finished and rinsed, she slipped her damp arms around his waist, pulling him close.
"I'm proud of you, you almost behaved the whole time!"
