Mizuken waited for a reply but assumed that she didnt hear him. "Oh well, this guy is pissing me off. they better catch him and beat him flat." Mizuken said as he took a sip of his orange juice.
[btw how am i gonna use that genjutsu if i need 20 CP and i only have 14 CP]

[[sorry for the dely. its mostly cause I have no clue what to do when a blanace is lost on high level characters. I know with low levels like genin they loose their next turn but I'd think people as high level as kage and waht not would still be able to do SOMETHING even if they lost their balance. Thats just me though. any ideas bromy?]]

((Why don't Marcus roll to see if he can summon Pegasus in time? Sort of like what you do for the proposed shield Jutsu activation roll. Anyways, wasn't Taida's ability to change rock density or something like that? Can Marcus make it (ground) solid? Or make his own solid ground...))

[[yea he could but problem is the dc for it is still higher than my possible ninjutsu dc. i already did the math. basically his jutsu would be faster and i wouldn't be able to counter it before i hit the ground. i know my options, i'm just trying to see what bromy would allow me to do since i slipped.]]

Sakeme did her best to ignore the child, and happened to sneak away while Elruda was occupied by another person... Making her way back to the outdoor she sat outside to dojo doors to do some intense cloud watching... She'd been training all day, so she did deserve to relax somewhat... though she'd rather be training on another technique... If only all those relatives would just lreave... there were so many Fujikos... Sakeme swore those could breed like rabbits...
It wasn't too much longer when a stranger appeared on their doorstep with food... but none of them had ordered anything... that she knew of anyways... perhaps one didn't want rice and sent out a call for ramen? It didn't matter though... as it didn't concern her... she just closed her eyes and thought of a happier place...
The happier place was being constantlyu disturbed... like a Tv continuously chnging channels... Using her vast imagination, it was as if on a food commercial... then switched to some child attempted murder... and then finaly the sounds of a drunken moron could be heard... This was around the time Elruda showed up again, and entered the dojo...
Figuring it was quieter inside... she followed the kid and leaned up against the wall... disinterest in anythign whatsoever was looming like an aura around her. Growling toherself as loud bangs and running could be heard she got up and stood by the child... Why did such a peaceful day like today have to be ruined by so much noise?

Techniqually, only a few people in Iwa have seen the new Tsuchikage so in all RP terms, theres no way that bromy's characters would know who I am. >.> gotta avoid international incidents now don't we? Sides, I'm here to collect a kid who was 'kidnapped' from some visitors in Iwa. Thats the story my kage was told anyway]]

[well as for the balance thing. Hm. Well you wont lose an entire turn. what if it just took him half a turn to stand up. So for just that one turn he would only be able to do one jutsu or 6 attacks instead of 2 jutsu or 12 attacks. Or if you decided to continued running you could do that but would be able to snatch up elruda and take off that same turn.]

Splat...right on his face...the man was down in the muddy water completly submerged from his ears on down. Ahhh what a life to lead.
Sitting up a bit, the man turnned back to his two persuers and burped a bit his eyes still glazed over as a drunks would be. He began to grin a little and shook his head free of the mud and water. "Oh...ooooh thats a sobering kind of event. Hehehehe" He laughed hard. A hand raised up to his head as he began to laugh even harder. It was almost sad to look to the guy, he was laughing almost like he had never laughed a day in his life. He began to roll over, holding his sides and soon got on his knees slamming his fist.
Thats when it happened. One hard slam upon the ground with both fist sent a shockwave of chakra through the ground. Directly in front of him a wave of mud shot over the heads of the two men and would encase them in a perfect dome.
He came to rest his head on the dome, pushing his chakra through the dome.
"Sit tight...I need a drink..." he mumbled...
