Qastor, the real you isnt in the water, correct? Yes the anime.... subbed. Correct, in short I did this, I took a hit from the needles and faked like close to death. I sank into the water and when I reached bottom I melted into the lake bottom using the earth military movement. Moved to the land portion where Frost would be standing closest to, poked up my head to breath after making seals and used Katon: Dai Endon three times. The I dove back down and moved again, but I dont remember where, I was going to come up in the next post and explain how he survived the needle attack so easily, in short he will be using his star seal which can heal any wound that isnt worse than a broken bone or minorly repair a serious injury though it does cost chakra. (C rank I think)

Well I thought he had said that after I took my attack he started moving away from me since I had come from the south edge of the lake and he was standing about between the south point and the center. Then we swapped places and then that means if he moved away from me then he would have moved south which would put me within the vicinity of him. Now south is just an example of direction and placement, in short we were between the edge and center when we swapped and I fell in.
