Improved version of grip kinda. Retarded in my opinion. But then again, i'm a fan of the classics, and using the force for a simple choke is so much more effective.

Sayla-girl I could guess what it is. The Question is what brought it up. Used it in an RP I'm in Instead of just choking them by the next, I pushed the force in all around them, essentially collapsing their body so fast under the weight of the Force, that their bodies exploded.

That was the point. My character is a bit over-the edge when it comes to actually using his power.
Besides, it was a farily quick and forceful way of doing it. They had practically no time to react, and they were instantly eliminated as threats. Plus, the pools of blood make great food, ehehehe.

Its not quick, it forces you to focus on one target at the expense of leaving yourself open to attack, and blood feeds only vermin.

But yes, your point is wholly valid, unless you're hidden and the guy doesn't know you're right there. Someone could've easily attacked me there, but noone was there to do the attacking, since I was ambushing ambushers.
