Rose hadn't enjoyed being alone, traveling through those eerie maze-like passageways, but eventually she caught sight of the others heading down some stairs and rushed to catch up "This place is kinda a mess to navigate" she answered.

He follows long passage and comes to a massive room loaded with gold and chests. The coins were clearly ancient and a few of the chests had decayed from time. It was almost the most money he had ever seen. Jake would be jumping for joy if he hadn't noticed the drilling machine beside a giant tunnel. Plasma grunts were pilling buckets of gold into the machine and carrying them out. ".... They're stealing our gold..." Jake sighs and turns to the group. "Let's stop these assholes!" He then charges towards the group of grunts ready for battle.
[Battle one grunt with six Pokemon. At least two of them are evolved.]

Michael walked down the hall still banging sand from his ears and shoes when he heard drilling. Turning the corner he saw a bunch of grunts in the room. One whispered in anothers ears and their eyes turned as wide as saucers. They shoved one forward, who quickly reached into his pockets and just threw his six pokeballs. Out popped a Phyduck, A Charizard, Butterfree. Abra, Drowzee, and Pikachu. Michael thought for a moment and pulled out his six pokeballs and threw them. Out popped Squirt, Spike, Rage, Snowy, Draco, and Duckworth. While the six of them fought Michael got that same malicious look in his eye before running at the grunt, who tried to get away but stumbled. Screaming was all that was heard from the man as Michael literally beat the s**t out of him. Blastoise glared at the Charizard and hit it with Hydro Pump, instantly knocking it out. Spike shot thunderbolt at the Psyduck, koing it. Rage slithered over to the butterfree and launched ice beam at it, knocking it out. Snowy launched an hammer arm at the low level Pikachu making it pass out. Draco went after the Abra and clobbered it with Dragon Claw,, and finally Duckworth hit the Drowzee with arial ace, koin that one. It then took his six pokemon to pull him off the gruunt all while Michael was yelling. "Y'all think your so tough. Stealing everyones pokemon and trying to rule our lives. In all honesty I could not really care, but you all attacked my friends and harmed innocents! Y'all will pay trust me assholes y'all will pay!"

Caleb stared as the room they entered glittered with gold. Way to go Jake! Caleb took out his TADS and quickly took a picture. He opened his backpack next so he could load it up with loot. Then the sound the drilling machine made caught his attention. Not noticing his Petilil sitting in his bag, he closed it again.
Hearing Jake's suggestion, Caleb couldn't agree more. He was still more than eager to beat up the thieves. Perhaps in a less violent manner this time though.
The TP grunt didn't waste time with sending out one pokémon at a time. He sent out all six.
Caleb sighed. He didn't need his entire team to fight this idiot. He quickly sent out his Rotom and Sneasel.
"Use Dig..." Caleb instructed his Sneasel. It quickly burried underground. "Discharge," Caleb folded his arms. Rotom replied with a cackle, sending a flare of electricity at the enemy team. The Archen crashed into the ground after being struck down by the electricity. Stunfisk was unfazed. Beheeyem looked like it could handle more. The other three were badly injured. Herdier and Pansage could barely move. Sneasel shot up out of the ground, slashing at the Herdier with his claws. Another one down. Rotom took out Pansage with Hex while Sneasel sharpened his claws followed by Beat Up. The rest of Caleb's team came out of their capsules before attacking the enemy pokémon that remained.

Rei screeched to a halt as he saw the massive drilling machine. He hated drilling machines; they would occasionally show up on the cliffs at his old home in Hoenn, and they destroyed everything. Rei hated the things.
A young grunt turned off the machine as he noticed his fellow teammates getting attacked by a bunch of strangers.
"Hey! What's all this about.... Who are you?" the grunt asked Rei, bewildered.
"An adversary," the man curtly replied. At this, the grunt pulled out a Poké Ball and snarled.
"So you're against Team Plasma? You don't know what you're dealing with."
"Enlighten me."
"It's beyond your level of comprehension."
"I've heard that one before. Team Flare. Know what happened to them?" The grunt frowned.
"Of course I do. It was all over the news. They disbanded from Kalos."
"Right. Our boss was the cause of that. And your idiot leader decided to challenge ours in the same manner that Lysandre did." Upon mentioning Lysandre's fall, the grunt became visibly angry.
"So that's what it is, huh? You're some vigilante group out to take down legitimate Teams?" He pulled out a Poké Ball. "We won't be so easy to take down. We have a legendary Pokémon on our side. They didn't." The grunt tossed out his first Pokémon, a red Vivillon. Rei responded by sending out his Voltorb, shouting out quick commands.
"Charge, then Spark!"
"Vivillon, Supersonic, then try to use Poison Powder!" The Voltorb sat around and began charging electrical power, thus making an easy target for a Supersonic. Rei sighed and pulled out his Orange Flute. He wasn't a very good flutist, but the confusion-removing flute didn't require an expert to play. With a few ear-piercing notes, the Voltorb's confusion dissipated, and it was free to unleash its power on the powder-spewing butterfly. The Vivillon fainted from the devastating attack. Frustrated, the grunt recalled his Pokémon and sent out his Charizard, who roared into the air. Voltorb was unfazed, returning the roar with a mad cackling. It knew it was outmatched, but there was one thing it could do. It sent out an eerie impulse from within, preparing itself for what it did best: exploding. Charizard blinked, puzzled by the ball's willingness to just stand there and be blasted by its all-consuming fire.
As the Voltorb was being crunched in the fire lizard's mouth, the ball glowed a brilliant white, and Charizard understood its error.
KA-BOOM! The explosion tore off Charizard's jaw, sending blood and fragments of bone everywhere. The grunt and his Pokémon screamed in unison, and Rei decided to take the opportunity to send out his next Pokémon and get a hit in. He tossed out his Omastar, which made quick work of the bleeding and crippled Charizard. It promptly fainted from the attack, and a furious grunt smashed two Poké Balls to the ground.
A Scyther lunged out and immediately went to work on the Omastar, doing its best to cut through the shelled armor, along with his partner, Kabutops. Rei refrained from calling out the unfairness of the assault, sending out his Charmander instead. Perhaps the grunt just wanted to be beaten to a pulp, Rei figured. The Charmander spat out its flames against the Scyther as Omastar threw a heavy Ancientpower attack, combining the two moves into one. The Scyther quickly fell to the combined assault, but not before double-teaming against the Charmander with his bladed companion. The two tore gashes everywhere on the poor little fire lizard's body, and Scipio the Charmander was returned to its Poké Ball. Rei sent out his Grovyle, figuring the battle would soon be won.
"Gex, Leaf Blade!" The Grovyle scattered to the side of Kabutops and whirled its attack, striking the Kabutops in the ribs before somersaulting away. The Kabutops swung at his newest assailant, but received a blast of water in the back. The Kabutops cried in pain and glared at the Omastar, and took another blow to the back by the Grovyle. Gex laughed; the evil cockroach-mutant never should have looked away from him! The Kabutops fell, defeated, and was quickly replaced with a Skitty and a Shuckle, clearly a last-ditch effort from the grunt. Rei sighed; nothing was ever easy.
"Omastar, Gex, take out that Skitty first!" The two mercilessly beat on the tiny kitten before it had a chance to retaliate, and it promptly fainted.
Shuckle didn't mind. It slowly blinked and withdrew into its shell, clearly not interested in the battle. The two attacking Pokémon looked at each other and shrugged; it almost felt wrong to attack a Pokémon that didn't want to fight back. The battle was at a bit of a standstill, and Rei was losing patience.
"Ugh. Just whack away at the thing until it tries to attack you," he grumbled. The two nodded, and the longest battle of Rei's life commenced. Shuckle was determined to tough it out, occasionally resting and constantly increasing its defensive stats. It was Omastar who cracked first. Yelling out in rage and frustration, Omastar picked up the Shuckle with its long tentacles and proceeded to throw it everywhere; the walls, the ceiling, its trainer, none were spared the bashing attack.
This bothered Shuckle. It popped its head out, glared at Omastar, and changed its stance. Without warning, the Omastar was pelted with ridiculously powerful rocks. Dazed, it let go of the Shuckle, and Gex saw his opportunity. With a powerful slice to the Shuckle's face, it knocked out the final enemy. The grunt grumbled and returned his Pokémon, disappointed. He left quietly, but not before kicking the machine and stubbing his toe.

The defeated grunts hop into their weird contraption only to find it won't start. A Mega-Brick had taken care of the engine. Suddenly a S.W.A.T. teams runs down from the tunnel and surrounds the area. There's a lot of noise and yelling before Jake shows them his badge. He pulls the commander aside and the two begin talking.
After what seems like forever Jake walks back to the group. The disappointment on his face reveals bad news. "So... we can't keep the treasure. Apparently it belongs to the government of Unova since this is technically government property." He watches the SWAT team roughly arrest the Plasmas. "But thankfully they're letting us go and bringing those assholes into custody." He looks around the room and heaves a sigh. "What a loss..." He lights up a smoke and walks towards the tunnel. He decided to take the long way back to HQ.

Caleb raised an eyebrow at the scene that unfolded before them. He grimmaced whenever Jake gave them the bad news. Oh well. At least Caleb had gotten something out of the trip. Doing good deeds were more than reward enough. He grumbled as he cleaned his pockets of the trinkets that had somehow managed to make their way in them.

Rei was crouched by the destroyed drilling machine, fiddling with the electronics.
"You'd think I'd find something useful in all this junk," he muttered to his Zubat. She screeched her disagreement.

Allen yawned exiting his bedroom. Mm, didn't seem like anyone was really hanging around in the hallway, then again, why would anyone even be hanging around in the hallway anyway? He shook his head, he must've gotten way too much sleep lately...
He walked the short distance to the main lobby to notice his own Banette sitting with the old woman behind the desk, she was humming quietly to herself while the woman sat quietly reading a book with the slightest of smiles on her face. Allen noticed a few people hanging around and walks up, "Yo." He waved to Rei as Lydia leaped from the counter to hover near her trainer.

Rei sat comfortably in the lobby of the small hotel, fascinated with the many brochures lining the walls. Some pamphlets displayed popular tourist traps, while others showed the best way to experience Castelia's dining. Rei picked up a few, his stomach controlling his decisions.
"Café Sonata, huh? Well, Kalos had loads of cafés, but this one has music. I wonder if the menus are completely different?" he wondered aloud. Kalos had a plethora of cafés, but all their food was strangely similar. Looking forward to Unova's cuisine, Rei continued rummaging through the stands. As a colorful, bold print caught his eye, the Aquan heard a familiar voice.
"Yo." Rei's head snapped up to meet the voice.
"Ah. Hello, Allen. Sleep well?" he asked, his Zubat waving hello to the man.

Caleb sat on a bench outside of the hotel. He silently listened as his grandmother rambled on and on about little everyday things happening around the house and in town. He sighed quietly, glancing away from the screen for a second before suddenly something caught his eye in the background.
A Braixen was busy dusting the bookshelf behind his grandma.
"Uh...Grandma...did something happen to Fennekin?" Caleb asked slowly.
She spun around to look at Braixen before turning her attention back at him. "Oh yes! Gave me quite a fright she did. We were baking cookies when suddenly she lit up like a light bulb!"
Caleb rubbed his face. "When did this happen?"
"Last week I believe..." she said, pondering for a moment. "So anyhow..."
Caleb sighed. At least she hadn't asked what he had been up to yet.

Allen responded with a chuckle, "Better now than when I had a bounty on my head." He felt so much more free than he did in Kalos, at the same time that he was sad to leave he was so glad to have left. He looked over the brochures neatly placed into their respective slots, "So what's up?"

Rei grinned.
"I was just taking a peek at what we haven't done yet in Castelia. Apparently we still haven't seen everything this city has to offer. There's a small park with Pokémon still inhabiting the tall grass, a huge bridge to the southeast, and a café with live music." He rose from his seat and stretched.
"I've been doing research nonstop for the past few days. I could use a break." Movement outside the hotel caught Rei's eye. Past the glass doors of the hotel, Caleb was fidgeting uncomfortably in his seat while looking down at a screen.
"I wonder if Caleb's alright," Rei commented. "The kid's never been out from Kalos, I'll bet. You think he's homesick?"

Marshtomp came running out of the hallway. He was not pleased at all. How dare Caleb have a conversation on the phone without him! He rushed right outside to give Caleb a piece of his mind.
"That sounds really nice Grandma b-UT I GOTTA GET GOING," Caleb shouted as Marshtomp suddenly tackled him. Marshtomp waved furiously at the TADS screen, giving the goofiest grin ever.
