"You know very well that you and your friends went around destroying things, killing people, endangering public safety... Why else would you sit there waiting for a lawyer when you could prove it all wrong yourself?" The detective replied. "Anyhow, you aren't any use to me, the investigation, or your friends. Let that soak into your brain for a bit."
The detective turned to the cop and told him to send Luciano back and bring in Waffle.
As Luciano was led out, Waffle was called in. She passed by Luciano and could tell that he was sweating a bit. Not good.
She sat down behind the steel desk and waited for the detective to say something, looking bored more than anything.

(Im so sorry for not showing up yesterday. Mountain of work and no access to a computer with working internet. crying )
Pen took to a corner of the cell as she watched the others being paraded in and out. Koji seemed ill as the illusion had long ago worn off. Nay and Faye were in deep conversation while the rest of the group looked tormented by the current situation.
When Luc came back out looking more worried than ever she became uneasy.

Nay glanced over at Koji. "I presume its the space. Its too close for comfort for him." She whispered. And then let is slide over the others in the cell. Tensions were high and, she noted the Luciano, were only going to get worst. What did they ask him? She thought as she looked at him. This can't be good.

Luciano sighed, he made sure that nobody noticed the sweat on his forehead; casually, he walked in and took a deep breath. He looked to everyone and he said, "We may have a problem."

Sabe looked up at Luciano, pretending to be unsure of what he was talking about. "What happened?" he asked.
Meanwhile, the detective was going through the few files he had of Waffle, and then looked up. "So...how exactly did you end up here, in Gaia? Did you fall out of the sky?" he asked, adding extra mockery near the end. Waffle furrowed her brow but said nothing.

Luciano cleared his throat and he said to the group, "They think they have something on us- I know. I'm just as surprised as the rest of you, but from the way they seemed to talk. . it was like they knew," Luciano sat down next to Michelle, "But as I sat there, and I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the Detective basically listed all of the things we had done. . Guys, they would not be holding us now if they didn't have anything on us. I think that they're for real."

"Oh great, with our records jail time is going to be pretty long." Pen shook her head in defeat. If they knew everything about the countless murders and raids, the damage to public property, and the occasional tampering with evidence then no fantastic lawyer is going to solve it.
"Did they say exactly what they had? Maybe its a bluff." This was wishful thinking yet it could be possible in Pen's mind that the cops were leading them on in order to gain specifics.

The detective was somewhat pleased from getting a small reaction from Waffle. "Anyway, do you remember any of the press coverage there is of you? Destroying buildings? Shooting massive beams from the sky? Causing a 4.5 earthquake near the military base in Aekea? Being chased after by the general's troops while your friends endangered public safety with their reckless driving?"
Waffle started to get angry at all of these accusations. They were all true, but she wanted to frantically deny them. She knew she couldn't deny any of it, so she just sat there and folded her arms.
The detective sighed again. "I'm getting tired of your group of friends. None of them really speak, and neither do you. Mind you, this isn't helping your case any bit." He turned to the cop and asked him to remove the monitor on Waffle's ankle, send her back into the holding cell, but to not send anyone else in for a while so he could take a break from the situation.
Waffle walked back into the cell to see the group sitting around discussing the current matter, in time to hear Pen's question.
"What bluff?" she asked back. She wasn't there to listen to the whole story. "...but anyhow, I think the detective's slowly cracking under us. He knows we're not going to say anything, and he's probably losing his patience with us. Let's keep it up."
(( Styk, send Michelle in and you play as the detective. I'm officially out of question ideas, and you're better at this anyways -_- ))

Koji drew in a ragged breath at the mention of a jail sentence. He had been trying to tell himself that this was all just a mistake, and he would be back home soon. The groups conversation deflated that idea in an instant. He curled himself up tighter and his breathing became slightly more shallow as he pictured being trapped in such a confined space for any longer. He almost wished it was his turn to be investigated just so he could get out of the bars.

(Holding cell is BORING! lets get to the prison already so we can get to the fun stuff!)
Skotti raised his lip at Luciano uh, no s**t they have stuff on us but the Family is supposed to have covered all of our activities up. he thought.
"Then we had better start making a plan" said skotti.

(( I'm getting tired of interrogating people as well, but we'll need to get everyone else's opinion before we timeskip. Even then it's a little unlikely 'cause there's a possibility of plot holes. ))
"Great. What do you have so far, hotshot?" Sabe snapped with bitter sarcasm. Waffle slapped the back of his head, thinking the remark was a little uncalled for.
(( Double edit: FYI this arc is definitely going be longer than the others and a little more drama-oriented. Action will still be weaved in and out of the RP arc, and then at the end there will be the grand breakout. ))

(ok, just don't let it get too repetitive, we can only try to break out and fail so many times)
Skotti gave sabe a "WTF?" kind of look and spoke up "Well, there is not much we can do now, but my first plan of action is to see if Lucia or Cordell or the rest of the family can get us out of this, after that if it seems like we are on our own, we will be forced to handle this the way we handle things" said skotti.

Nay almost allowed her shoulders to sag. The weight of the news, didn't help the tension. Instead it add to the room's emotion mixture, now there was sadness and worry.
"This is really bad."
((Oh, I'm playing Moonie cause she buried under school work.))
Faye simply turned and stared at her. She felt no personal need to worry, what did they have on her. An accidental bombing at her school, not even the school had recorded that event.
Though on the other hand, seeing as she kept the record of all operation. She shook her head.
"I'm going over to check on Koji." She whispered and shuffled over to the crouching figure by the cell wall.

"Uh, not pulling a Sabe here..." Waffle said, looking at Skotti but keeping an eye on a slightly offended Sabe, "but how is that going to actually happen? The only phone call we had we used to contact Mandi."
