Flirting is not exactly an offense worth punishing yourself over.
People will flirt.
It is human nature.
Action beyond flirting, is a problem.
It may sting a bit at first.
But if he cares he will forgive you.

And if he flirted with someone, I'd be hurt...
So I refuse to cut myself any slack...
Human nature or not, it's still not right...
But don't feel bad for interjecting.

Trust me.
Beating yourself up will not solve anything though, dear.
Instead all you can do is reassure him.
Make sure you are understanding when he makes mistakes
And try and move past this.
