Maris Pallitax Divine_Malevolence Maris Pallitax The one with the kids couldn't press charges because she had no evidence. That and she wasn't very pretty or very smart, so nothing could be done. I myself have no proof since what happened to me happened yeeeaaarrrsss ago. We're 6-7 years apart in age. x_x And as for my mom... she doesn't need the stress. There's nothing that can be done about it. e.e Two witnesses, two victims. Any half rate psychological examination would land 'im behind bars in a half a second. Turn him in. Seriously. I have honestly tried to, the girl with kids tried to, and nothing came of it. No one will do anything because there is no proof. gonk Then go higher. If one person won't bother, go to their boss.

Divine_Malevolence Don't bother her. Bother the next cop you see. That's ***** and rape. He'd be in jail within seconds. Who will save your soul...
No, he wouldn't and no she can't.
"I was 8"
Too long ago. They'd need proof and wouldn't believe her after so many years or anyone else. It'd just look like hatred and someone trying to get another person in trouble. Besides, "if" they actually decided to open a case, that would cause the mother enough stress to kill her in the first week, probably.
neutral Does no one pay attention to these cop/CSI shows? They don't lie you know.
...after all those lies you told?

...after all those lies you told? "When he was twenty" The eight bit is a bit o' past precedence. He was fourteen at that time, if my math is correct. That would be a juvenile offense.

She was 8... now going on 20. That's 12 years in total without a single word besides between current and ex GFs. If a team "ever" decided to open a case, tell me.. "what" would they have to work on "besides" her word and the word of other (possible bitter) GFs? =/

...after all those lies you told? Psychological examination of the second child. One of the guy himself. Pretty much anyone he knows, actually...... A mindset that could easily be ascertained, alongside multiple traumatized victims.

You need more then a physiological examination. You need physical evidence. neutral If a examination of the victim and attacker's mind set is all you need then we would have millions in jail, innocent and guilty.

A couple people have said similar things. I don't think so. I've said it before and I'll say it again--I have a bad feeling his situation has something to do with it.

It would require DNA, examinations physical and mental, time stamps, day, year, month, witnesses, etc etc. More then any of them can provide considering how long ago it was. It's not possible. neutral A lot of these old cases you see getting finished is because of witnesses or new equipment to examine the already existing evidence and get better results... Not once have I seen a cold case get new evidence that requires "physical" evidence. Also, note, they were cold cases with existing evidence. She has absolutely none and didn't even go to the police or her mother. neutral

It's not your fault. He was under stress and that has nothing to do with you or anyone else. IRL he was having a hard time and the s**t he had to deal with was too much. Blood isn't the type of person to leave just because of someone online considering he is a troll himself.
