((see ya))
"Lucky you then" Tony said before sipping his cold beverage again.
"I don't think so" Anthony said.
"Thank you" Arthur said and hung up.

The blood slides down your skin like tears...Flowers of purest red bloom upon your flesh...
Colors mix and mingle in a silent chorus of pain...Oh...Sami blinked and then grinned. "Indeed," she replied, shifting the notes on her lap as she pulled into the gated neighborhood. "So where does that policegirl live? That chick he always hangs out with?"

Tony gave Sami the address. Anthony had been foolish enough to give the address back when he was on their side.

"With this, I'll be able to find out where she lives now, because it's obvious they'll relocate her." She glanced down at the paper to simply see it had the address on it. She handed it back to him. "First, middle, and last name please."

Tony sighed and wrote down Rose's name. He gave it back to her and said "there, happy?".

Colors mix and mingle in a silent chorus of pain...Oh..."Yes I am," Sami replied simply, pulling into the mansion's driveway. Before she reached the garage door, she paused, gazing sadly at the garage door, and then to the wheel, and then back to the garage door. Then she looked back at the wheel again. When she spoke, her voice was sad. "There's no way I can drive this for just a little while longer?"

"I doubt it" Tony said, "the Don lends his cars out for jobs only, or for special events".

Trist thought she'd heard something, but she wasn't absolutely sure that her ears weren't deceiving her. But her gut was firm in its belief that someone was behind the door. And her gut had never been wrong before. Thankful that no other cops were around to reprimand her, she pulled out a lock-picking kit and had the door open in two and a half seconds. It was a lot easier than kicking the door in, and it didn't give anyone a dead giveaway that she was a cop. What she saw almost made her heart stop. "My... God..."
He was a little smelly and, even in the dim light, she could make out the slumped figure of a man tied to a chair. Taking out a flashlight, she shined it in his face and looked at his pupils. Not bothering with an apology for the sudden brightness, she tilted his head up, trying to see what exactly was wrong with him. Something swang in the open air behind her, but there was no one else in the room, so she didn't bother with it. Taking a switchblade out from her sleeve, she quickly sliced at the bindings girding him to the chair.

Alfone slumped forward even more, and would have fallen down if Trist wasn't there to support him. The note in his lap fell to the floor, however. In Jasmine's handwriting, it told of the antidote hanging from a string from the roof - out of Alfone's reach. It told of the toxin that would kill him in less than a few minutes, most likely, by now.
~
Jasmine was out of the building and running away. The button, back up there where she had thrown it... clicked. Nothing happened. The building did not explode, and there was no reprimand.
But she was safely out of harm's way - with her box and her cell phone. The message on it was most interesting... but she had no reason to reply. Only messing with young Tiffany's head at the moment. She wasn't going to drop any more hints as to her true goals.
But things were getting hairy. It might be time to call up her Chinese contact and gain some extra footing. Only one more call to make, before this phone was done for.
As Jasmine slowed to a walk, having rounded many corners, she flipped open the phone and dialed a number.
