Fujiwara looked over Selina at the trees which were now shaking their leaves. Seeing weirder things then a person who talked to trees, and the trees talking back, he simply smiled and nodded.
"Selina you say?" he said slowly. "Its nice to meet you. Would you like something to eat?" He asked with a friendly smile.

She stared up at Fujiwara and smiled with alittle more confidence. She nodded in reply to his question but looked at the large monstrosity of a dojo.
"I-In there?" She asked, eyes alittle wide. She wasnt sure she was ready for that just yet. She still hadnt got over the fact that she was talking with a softskin, or that this particular softskin was part cat!

Fujiwara looked at the dojo with a smile. It wasnt as cool as the first, but apparently it was still impressive...Or was it fear that showed on her face? he then looked her up and down, she was wearing full clad leather armor surely she was cold. He frowned then and shrugged.
"I could get us some food and we could eat out here if you would like."

She nodded after several seconds of translating. She would much prefer being outside near her trees than inside the house of death. Her stomach growled and she looked at Fujiwara confused when he looked her up and down. She wore nothing out of the ordinary for trekking in the woods.
"Yes please." She said finally.

Fujiwara nodded to her and started up the porch and inside. Seeing no one in the main room he entered the kitchen and again saw no one. With a shrug he rummaged about, grabbing two bottles of water, an apple and an orange. He then walked back outside humming to himself. As he exited the dojo he smiled and held out the fruit and a bottle of water.
"Choose the apple or the orange, the water is yours." he said slowly.

Selina smiled as she took the apple. It was her favorite sustenance in all the world! She then took the bottle of water gingerly and looked at it. What was around the water and how did you get it open to get to the water inside? She took a bite of her apple absently as she looked the bottle up and down. Who would put water in here when you could get it from a stream or other body of water?

Seeing her look at the bottle like some foreign object he contorted his face to show confusion.
"Like this." he said pointing at his own water and twisiting the white cap until it came off. He then tilted the bottle up to his lips and drank as the water flowed out. "See?"

She watched him and frowned slightly. That was a terribly strange way to drink water! She nodded however and tried. The cap came off easily and she mimicked Fujiwara and tilted the water up to her lips. It cascaded down her throat and into her belly. What a way to drink water! She smiled then as she placed the cap back on and turned it the other way. She then took a bite of her apple.
"Thank you." She said simply. Then she blurted a question she had been wondering since she saw him. "How many other softskins are part cat?" She smiled, proud that she hadnt messed anything up. she was a fast learner.

Fujiwara, who at the time of the question was drinking water, gagged slightly. He had not been expecting that question. He smiled as he composed himself and gave an intrigued look as he thought about the word softskin.
"Not many, I have only met a handful. everyone else is either like you, a normal human, or part something else."

She was very uncomfortable. Though she liked this Fujiwara she was still very much intimidated by him and by the giant structure only feet away from her. She bit into her apple and nodded as his words left his mouth. She was picking up on the language, at least the basics, quickly.
"So most are looking like me?" She looked herself up an down and had no clue what she really looked like. She ad only ever seen herself through a pond when she was younger. She had no clue what beauty was or what was considered beautiful. Though she did love the look of a bright red apple in the morning sun!

The only thought that ran through his mind was: Was this kid sheltered or what!? he then smiled and shook his head.
"Not exactly like you but they have the same features. Normal ears, nose, eyes, everything you have they have, unless they are, ofcourse, male. So, what are you here for? " He asked quickly changing the subject.

Now done with her apple she knelt down and fingered through the core to the seeds. Placing them one by one in the ground as deep as she could get them without harming them she placed dirt over them and poured her remaining water over the dirt.
Grow strong. She whispered in the launguage of trees before turning back to Fujiwara.
"Learn? I am too learn how to be human." she said in all seriousness.

Fujiwara was taken aback and frowned once more. He then started to peel his orange.
"So...you dont know how to be human...? I dont know if we have a teacher for that...We usually teach you how to manipulate different elements."

Selina looked ashamed. Great, he probably thought she was a dumb softskin. She sighed and looked back at the trees for support, yet it wasnt enough.
"I... I thank you for your kindness." With that she took a step back and finally turned bolting for the forest.

Fujiwara reached a hand out to try and stop her but something kept him from yelling out. He frowned and bite into his orange.
"Huh." he then walked back towards his cabin.
