I was being rethorical... Anyways.. Did I overdo it much in BoV? I mean, paranoia creates massive amounts of adrenaline, and in that state, he probably would be quite inclined to try that maneuver.
I wonder if he truly understands what the hell he's getting into with this stunt.
Well, seeing as how his commander decided to stun him, and thus, showed first signs of agression, it can all be claimed as self-defense.
Though the only weapons he has are lethal-only, so any use of them is simply circumstancial, since he can be legally "too cought up in fleeing" to realize what he is doing.
And we can plead insanity.
So either way, the commander is to blame. Not to mention, I'd actually think Copy would enjoy it, because although Theta is a pilot, he manages to at least show he's resourceful enough to be somewhat useful...
