I have returned, battered and beaten though I may be. Armageddon IX was the absolute s**t.

To those that don't know what I'm going on about, I went to another Belegarth event. My first -big- event, to be precise. There were as many as 300 people on the field at one point. Good times. Did a lot of sparring with very good fighters, learned a lot, and had some ridiculous pictures taken of me while I was on the field.

Pictures to come in another thread.

I've had three cornettos, wearing nothing but my undies, got two fans purring and sitting with my feet in a tub of cold water. It's not working one bit. crying

From what I learned of the temperature ranges at this time of year, and just because I like those countries....good grief I would love to go to Canada or Iceland one of these summers >.> Heck, Siberia sounds great to me.

All through 'Geddon? Averaged around 93F 100F mid-day with humidity between 85 and 95%.

s**t sucked hard, man. I was sweating while sitting still in the shade.

Edited because I was -way- off.

The whole week it's going to be +30 around here. I'll be working most of the week, in a store with a busted AC, no AC in the office / break room in the back but thankfully with a fan by the till.

But on the bright side, last week of work, with two weeks of vacation coming up. It's been too long.
