Unfortunately, the robot seemed more durable than a normal spider. It was pinned to the ground, but its legs suddenly rotated and clasped down onto the boot.
Voltage was then put through.

Where was a sudden sound that would make anyone's eyes widen. A certain
-SHING- that implies blades were unsheathed somewhere...
...That somewhere happened to be the legs of the robot which was now digging through the boot.

When the boot was raised, the bot crawled from under the boot, now crawling up her leg.
