Well that’s not very nice. At least my GM lets you play a bit and earn some levels before he starts throwing us into the meat grinder.

That's quite a few GMs!
But then again, nearly everyone in my old group GMed, and switched off on occasion. One month, Bill would run his campaign, and the next, would be Dan's adventure, etc.

Yep, that what we do, except that we fight over who turn it is to GM. We would all rather play the game than run it. Each of the GM’s are able to run more than one game system. I run Cyberpunk, Mekton, TMNT, and Robotech. Barbarian runs Rifts, SW, Twilight 2000, and Hero system. I.B. runs SW, Basic D&D, D&D, AD&D

ElladanKenet I wouldn't know anything about that. My life currently revolves around Diablo 2 and Gaia, which is kind of pathetic. What do you play in D2?

But paul ends up DMing. Actually... I DM alot too. Frick. We just play D&D. Our group has been playing for years and we're really freakin good. Honestly, I'd like to try something else like SW or anything really, but we just keep playing D&D. I mean, I'm not complaining, but it'd be nice to try something new.
