Mr.Mxyzptlk I agree that telepathy and Strength are over used. But the Flash's, at least Wally don't have Super speed exactly. He can vibrate his molecules at superhuman speed and as a result can run at the mind bogling speeds he does.
A power I'm kinda glad you guys aren't ripping on is Apotheosis. Is that true? confused

I think he's confusing Barry's control over all his molecules and trying to apply that as a reason as for why Wally's fast.
