Sweet Amber Lynne im waiting to see if any go on sale but i would be so mad if they went cheaper lol They will be much cheaper after they've gone on sale, cause the supply will go up that much more drastically. The smartest thing you can do is buy something constant, but less popular - by the time it sells, whatever you want out of the bundle will be dirt cheap. Anything over 850g=1GC is a good deal, though I know some items sell for up to 1k=1GC.

The best deal is at 299, the Mini Monster packs from Phin Phang. But if you can't be assed to get that much more GC from offers or whatev', buy a Submarine Ticket and plop it in your tank for a month, then sell the drop when it dies.

It's not even worth buying the bundle off the Marketplace. The items included don't even add up to 700k. All you're doing is buying the chance to get Ballad Punk.
