Maria did as she was told, dilligently working to keep from founding her fears of being an utter burden. She never knew why, but she always felt so insecure about herself when she wasn't caught up in conversation when in another's company or distracted in some other manner.

"Thank you" Marcie said as she received the plates and other dished from the queen and washed them as they came "You are really a great help" she added with a sincere smile, it usually took Marcie longer to clean after cooking when she was alone after all.

Maria beamed at Marcie's words. She looked like a proud child, like one who had made a great accomplishment for all to see. "Thanks!" she replied, barely able to contain the giddy feeling that she felt.

Marcie grinned and when she finished washing the dishes she took a towel and cleaned the table before looking at the clock on top of the oven, they still had 15 minutes to go "Well, we are done here" She said taking the purple wrapping and a match and setting it on fire "Would you like to play dress up while we wait?" she asked with a mischievous smile that showed her teeth, it had been ages since the last time she had gotten to play dress up with a pretty girl.

"Oh, I'd love to!" Maria exclaimed joyously, having never played dressup with a friend before. The closest she had ever gotten to that was when she caught Patches peeking on her while she changed clothes. And that was never fun! ...For Maria, at least.

Marcie smiled as she walked over to the part of the house that was used as her store dragging Maria along "Okay, sit here" She said pushing the Queen down in to a big red velvet chair "Wait for a bit" she said smiling from ear to ear, she had made a dress for the Queen before so she knew her measurements already and was sure of what pieces of clothing she could fit on the her.

Maria sat as patiently as she could, rather excited to see what Marcie would let her wear. She squirmed around slightly in the seat, finding it difficult to resist hopping around the room in excitement.

(Sorry for the extra long delay, everyone sweatdrop I was out for four days...where was I????
Nashville, Tennessee...on a music trip XD I'm so sorry I couldn't get to the computers there....it was jam-packed sweatdrop )
Amy pushed the boulder as hard as she could, and managed to lift it off a little.
"Anyone, pelase help! Someone's stuck in here!" she coughed as she yelled.
Something inside Shinsei told him to go inside the castle, but his heart was preventing him from doing so.
But....why do I want t go...what's making me do this??"Siyu...I...I don't know what to do..." he mumbled, running a hand through his hair in confusion.
"Little girl, try to push this rock...you can stand up, right?" Amy asked the small girl.
The girl nodded, messy silver hair bobbing with her head.

Matt ran back inside. He found Amy and the girl. He tried hard to pull the rock away from the girl. He was coughing like mad. "Come on, just a little father!! You can do it, hun!" he said to the little girl. He squatted to the ground, and wrapped his arms around the rock. He pulled, and it slowly started to move.

The little girl pushed as hard as her small frame could muster and the rock started to move.
Amy struggled as she smoke started to envelop the room, devouring the safe air around them. She coughed as she pushed the boulder with Matt. After a few more tries, they finally got the boulder off the girl.
"Let's go!" Amy said, but then stopped as she noticed the bloody mess on the floor...
The little girl's right leg has been crushed....

Matt picked up the little girl. He then began to help Amy. "Come on, we have to get her outta here..." he said. He began coughing.

"Thanks" Amy coughed, running and pushing more rubble aside.
"Tell me, little girl...does your name happen to be Violet?" Amy asked, catching up to Matt.
The little girl nodded, clinging on to Matt for dear life. "Did you...see my bruther?"
Shinsei's head pounded in confusion. He raked through any of his remaining memories for a sign on why he still wants to go to the burning castle.
"Ah! She's so cute!"
"Shh, Shinsei...you'll wake her up..."
"But...dad...why is mom--"
"She's..."
"No...she's not....gone....is...she...?"
"She gave her life to Violet, son...."
"Violet! I have to...I gotta...I..."
