i have some info for everyone!
for the past while i keep randomly getting really dizzy and light-headed and odd-feeling, and i've been like, what the hell, what is causing this? and i just realized that the dizzy spells coincide very neatly with the day i got really bored of the act of eating (it's all the same you know? you just put stuff in your mouth and then digest it... boring)
so anyway, what i've gathered is that you actually need to eat in order to function, which isn't something that i personally have ever been told? so, yeah, just passing that knowledge on, in case anyone else is having a similar issue.
