I've been hunting in the morning (9am-3pm est) and the lag isn't too bad for me.
I just need to remember not to crew up and wander to other areas because it takes forever to load. ><'

My mule sucks. I tried egg hunting and it's so boring gonk
He doesn't have Coyote Spirit nor the whistle buff and he needs Adrenaline and Defib to complete the Medic set.
