I don't know... that sounds kind of fishy. You don't seem that old and it takes a lot of hard work to become more than just your everyday vampire from my understanding.

I'm certainly not that old as far as elves go sweatdrop Tes and Ryzan had already know each other for like... 300 years or something before I was even born sweatdrop But I mean... vampires can get pretty darn old. The oldest of our world, for instance, is over ten thousand years old... or at least, that's how long he's been a vampire according to history. No one really knows how long he was alive before then. He did a lot to elevate himself to demi-god status... it wasn't just something that happened overnight.

Nothing much. Have had a couple house calls. I'm trying to take it slower with Leko and Ayami. Although her behavior the other day still bothers me. But there's not much I can do right now....And now all this wedding buisness has brought back memories of mine.

Just because it invokes memories does not mean he wishes to talk about them, yathrin.
The situation between you and jallil is certainly mzilst delicate. If you are too forceful, you may hurt her more than gain her favor and she is likely to remember that far more than your previous relationship as things stand now. Even if she were to regain her memories, that will not do you mzilt good if you were to have almost killed her in the process.

This "wedding business", as you say, has conjured some memories of my own, jhal I shall refrain from speaking of them at this moment.

I understand.....believe me I do. And on the subject of my past...I dont mind speaking of it. But it's not all filled with flowers and sunshine. But it started out like that....we were young and I had been barely turned three decades. But we were in love. We had a large reception and the whole island came to give their blessing. Of course none but her knew the truth about me...her only request was to live her life mortal. I promised her....* He closes his eyes for a moment and pinches the bridge of his nose before opening them and continuing * Plague struck our island and many people became struck with and died. It was only a matter of time until it came to our home. As I watched my wife begin to die I forgot my promise to her and panicked. The day I gave in and turned her she became very distant. I knew in my heart she wouldn't forgive me. I....I.came home a few days later to find her with a sword plunged through her own heart and a note telling me that she loved me with all her heart but she could not live this way. That memory will haunt me for all the years that I live...

True....I dont think anyone could say unless they were in the position I was....it was hard. And I never forgave myself. And you will probably be the first to know other than Psyzapp but..* He reaches into his pocket, pulls out a diamond ring and holds it up for him to see. * I was going to ask them to marry me before everything happened. I keep this on me to remind me everyday...* Looking at it for a second longer he returns it to his pocket * But now I dont know if that oppurtunity will ever present itself again....
EDIT: * He glares at Miro * When you love someone it doesnt matter how much time passes. As long as you know you lived that life to its fullest then what else could matter?? Yes she would of died eventully but we would of had a life together and I would have no regrets....Maybe you view humans as pets but I have no such views
