Once Roth had finished his Absinthe he started to dwell on the piffling little facts that'd been getting him down lately, like his lack of social skills, his lack of friends, and his lack of depth perception, but that last one was only a momentary worry fortunately. He looked around casually, not that you could look around seeing as the general lighting of the bar was that of mystery, protecting the identities of the shady business men and women who marched in and out with strange propositions for young killers.

“As long as you bring results…You have freedom to do whatever you need. Go to the club and meet up the Gamma Squad.” The Gamma Squad was made up of three members. They were specialized in blending with normal crowds. They usually had silenced hand guns, but if things got messy they could get access to Assault rifles and shotguns.
Alasdair smiled warmly as he looked at Lily. She really was gorgeous, and would be ideal for the job.

“Do your thing, babe” Alasdair said almost breaking into laughter. He stood up, leaving a fifty dollar bill on top of the bar. “You have whatever you want. We’ll keep in contact.” Alasdair took out a pair of the studded earrings and placed them on the bar. He swiftly took her lit cigarette and took a drag. He decided to keep it, so with the cigarette still in his mouth he left the bar, vanishing as soon as he crossed the bar’s threshold.

Black Cat Godess "Dude, back off. I'm not even 21 yet." Neko said, almost bristling at the suggestion that she might older than she actually was. Ryoku just laughed at her comment as he finished his drink and began to pull out a pack of cigarettes but remembered that Neko hated the smell and since this was her bar he decided to respect her wishes. "So, what do you do for fun around here?" He was looking for something interesting to do. Ever since he had arrived in New York he had not really done much to keep himself entertained.

"There are lots of things you can do here, if you so choose." Neko replied, not really in the mood for conversation, but if this guy was gonna talk to her, she wasn't gonna be rude and ignore him. "I wouldn't ask me first, though. My idea of fun is a little different than most people here you would run into."

"Oh well, I will find something fun to do." He nodded toward her as he stepped out of his seat, leaving several bills on the counter to pay for his drink "See ya around." He walked out of the bar vanishing into the dark of night.

"Later." Neko said without much feeling, not even turning to look as he walked out the door. She felt so hurt and empty, it was hard to dredge up the emotion to even fake a response. And such a shame that all her hurt and pain was her fault.

Saylis walked in with Orial on her shoulder, she could see Neko over at the bar, but she didn't look too happy. She didn't want to bother her so she walked back over to a booth and took a seat.
Orial had other ideas. He jumped from her shoulder and walked over to Neko's feet, he keened softly and sat down next to her.

Veroen walked into Demonic Ties, with a lit Cuban Cigar in his mouth. He walked toward a booth at the far end of the Bar, and silently looked at everything and everyone in the bar, observing their movements, with his trained assassin eyes. He noticed a female with a pet in a booth, and a majority of other people and creatures. He did this without drawing any attention to himself, as he got closer to the booth. He sat down, and flicked the ash off of the tip of the Cigar, and wandered into deep thought of the days events.

Neko looked at Orial blankly. She seemed vaguely interested in him, and at the same time very distant.

Veroen noticed the owner of the bar, for he had a conversation or two with her in the past, but did not acknowledge her or any one else in the bar for that matter, but just continued to puff on his Cigar in silence and solitude.
"Wonder what my next assignment will be...", he thought to himself silently.
He continued to go deeper into thought it.

Orial brushed up against her hand and whined softly. Saylis went over to where he was perching, "Neko? Are you alright?" she could see that there was something on her mind.

Neko absentmindedly petted Orial when he brushed against her hand. "No, I'm not really alright, Sayis. But it's not something you can really help with. Thanks for the concern, though." she said, her voice rather deadpan. Coming from the usually cheery and bouncy elder, this was getting very unsettling.

Konstantin ran out with Shenai after having a bad premoniton. Razu was in trouble! Thtas what is gut told him anyways.
