Princess Zelda21 I'm doing good. Been using this neat program made by Pixiv.net called "Vroid Studio" to make 3-D character models for the last few years. I can't quite get the hang of making some hairstyles or clothing yet, but I'll keep practicing. It sure is interesting. Ooh, 3D modeling, that's quite the undertaking with most programs. It can take a lot of work and experience to feel like you really understand how to make certain things, though I suppose the same could be said of most artistic or technological endeavors. It's always satisfying when you finally have it down, though. The only proper 3D modeling software I've ever used before is Autodesk Maya, and it was such a PAIN to learn even basic things in that. It's pretty much the industry standard for games and 3D animations, and it makes me wonder if everyone in the industry is some sort of masochist. I've used Sculptris before, too, which was a lot easier to use in my opinion, but it's not really a modeling program so much as digital sculpting, though the things sculpted in it can be exported as 3D models into other programs. It was a lot like playing with a blob of virtual clay, it was fun.

Hey there, stranger! I'm glad to see you around, again. And no worries about the absence; even when life isn't A Lot TM, you still need a break sometimes. Burnout is a very real thing, and it can even happen with silly little online games you usually enjoy.
I need to get my boys more kitty kush, they finally polished off the last of the bag we've been using for... a while. I wouldn't have any problems with wet food, though. Not even if I opened every can in a package and just left it out. For some reason, my doofs won't touch tinned cat food. They greatly enjoy soggy kibble, though, the weirdos. I have to watch them with bags of kibble, though. We had so much trouble with them chewing through the bags to open them, or climbing into them if they were already open, that we keep their food in a plastic bin now, and anything still in a bag has to go to the top shelf of a closet. You also can't leave yogurt or cheese unattended, if you turn your back on it for even a few seconds, a cat's face will be in it by the time you turn back around. (Learned this the hard way, had to fight my own cat to eat my breakfast yogurt. I left the tub opened while I got up to get a drink, came back and he had his whole head in the tub. When I finally managed to get him out of it, his whiskers were covered in yogurt.)
I'm not quite cat levels of stealth, but I am apparently, and unintentionally, quite good at sneaking up on people. I'll just walk up to someone normally while they have their back to me, and you'd think I'd managed to magically phase in or floated over like a ghost with the startled reactions they give when I get their attention. My mom used to say I should wear a bell because of the many times I startled her.
I mean, I don't really care how or what people thirst over. (Provided it's safe, sane, and consensual, and they're not, like, off stalking someone or something.) I just don't necessarily want to hear or read about it. It's just kind of like "Yep, that's a nice fetish you have, can we talk about literally anything else, or could you find someone else that enjoys your fetish, too, to talk about it with so I can escape this personal hellscape?"
Well, it's not quite the same, but I'm sure someone out there has a Let's Play of Asura's Wrath so you could experience the story again. And if you don't want to hear the person playing, just put it on mute let the gameplay footage roll. cat_wink
I've read good things about Hello Kitty Island Adventure, but I'm just not willing to pay what they're asking for it. cat_sweatdrop If one of the choices were goat, I would say you should definitely go with that one. Goats are such agents of chaos. Sheep is a definite no, at least from me. (Domesticate sheep are SO stupid...) Bird could be an interesting choice, though. They're the closest existing descendants of dinosaurs, after all.

When you start using Vroid, you get to choose either the guy or gal human base model, so that's one less thing to fuss over. To adjust the parts, you use slider options on the side menu. I am thankful there are tutorials on YouTube for it all, in case I get stuck.

Aye life here has been going quick and slow all over the place for us all here it's wild feeling and in that wildness I just been not coming around to gaia as much weirdly for me. Even with my long absence though I still consider gaia one of my many homes from homes, even if gaia changed a lot of times & it isn't the old gaiaonline I known. (which is both a good a bad thing mixed imo.) Our case is always needing more kitty litter here for our two, we are bad with treat & kitty kush spoiling them that I joke saying we're the FDD which had other people ask what I mean by that as I say "It's not the FDD you know it's the FDD that's standing for Feline Drug Distributors as we always seem to have cat kush in some form." Which is true as we always have some be it pure cat kush form, in a toy, or in treats with a healthy safe dose of cat kush inside. I'm the ever wild card of stealth going between I snuck up so well without realizing it I scared the people or the one person I went towards some as I was so sneaky apparently, to if it was the Monsters University Library challenge test I'd lose just moving my pinky toe inside my sock and shoe cause I made too much noise, and also having the past cases of mine where I walked into the classroom, was in class that day, shouted here like everyone else in class, and yet somehow was still so stealthy I got marked absent from class that I had to say what lessons we had that day to prove myself there the next day. So I guess I'm closer to cat levels of stealth between us, or just hated by my past teachers so much they didn't want to say I was in class until I argued with them that I was in class. cat_xp Aye agreed there if it's golden it's golden, but those creepy MFers out there those few need to go chill out think of their actions/ways & work to become those golden few otherwise they deserve jail especially if they are stalking. As for them wanting to randomly open the conversations with their fetishes at times I always recall the Family Guy line from Peter with "Who the hell starts a conversation out like that!? I just sat down!!!" when they start. But when they try talking about it later on with me I listen (tbh either way I listen cause too kind because I'm that kind of introverted kind of person.) but if I think it's messed up, then yeah I'm going to go talking to others I know about how messed up some people's fetishes are if they're cool talking about it. Which in my friend group it ain't too hard to find people cool with it as nearly almost all my friends talk about their fetishes so openly amongst friends that I know the okay to they're down so bad you worry about them. Sad to admit fetishes/thirst are like 3% of the chats amongst my pals irl which ain't much but the same time it's like "why still 3% even!?" But also being fair my friends are also mostly males with very few females so there's that. cat_sweatdrop Honestly I should look to see if there is a let's play of the game in full out there for Asura's Wrath. I could possibly find a person to subscribe to for other videos of theirs even if they got more things I'm curious about watching or the person entertains me. (This is possibly why my youtube has like 175 people even having a few whom passed away for a while now which still saddens me cause they were great people. cat_cry But moving on from those sad memories my twitch may as well be getting just as bad tbh, especially since some of my youtubers are on twitch and I had to add their twitch channels as well. (especially since they got more allowances on twitch compared to youtube we can do things like watch a movie together and chat about it long as it isn't a movie that'd draw issues.) Aye prices for the game are crazy especially since it's supposedly suppose to be a mobile game that was Japanese exclusive just now remade for us & sent out for console play from my understanding about it. Like sure I get it's technically "a brand new console game" but why does it have to have those new game prices? Ngl when it came to the avatars for Hello Kitty I was thinking of choosing bird cause with all my friend given nicknames I basically have three that are bird based. Nug which you can say goes for short of Nugget, Tori which is just Japanese for the word bird & everyone in Diablo knows me as LavaOwl for it gave me that username when creating my account but most just call me Owl in short. So playing on that since Hello Kitty has an Owl bird type body I was thinking time to go be an Owl once I have the game someday. Being the owl I fit both dinosaurs and alien chaos cause I mean look at those cute freaks when they're babies. cat_xd

I've had chaos the past couple of days, myself. Our bathroom sink was clogged, and we managed to fix that, but it moved to our bathtub and now every time our upstairs neighbors shower, we have to bail their dirty water from our bathtub to keep it from overflowing. We have a maintenance request in, but they decided not to come by on Friday (when we submitted it) and don't work weekends except for emergencies. And I think probably this would qualify, since our bathtub turns into a fountain when the neighbors bathe, but it didn't seem so bad when we made the request (AND we thought they'd come by the same day since it was well before 5PM when the request was sent) and we can't alter it after the fact. Monday has never seemed so far away. emotion_skull
We buy the big buckets so we don't have to buy litter too often. We also switched to the lightweight stuff, it's way more efficient than the normal stuff, and keeps our apartment from smelling too much like cat. Finally bought more n**, too! The fancy local stuff, even. They take up posts on the tower whenever they think it's time for kush, which is at least once a day because they're furry little addicts.
I generally manage stealth pretty well right up until my clumsiness kicks in. Like the time I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and ran smack into a freestanding post in our kitchen (pretty sure it's a load bearing support). My beau was incredibly confused by the cursing near the fridge since he didn't know I had gotten out of bed. (Bloodied myself rather well with that incident, had a cut over my eyebrow and bruised about a fourth of my face. Learned quickly how much I emote with my eyebrows, it hurt like a b***h just to move that side of my face.)
I don't really mind fetish talk or thirst from close friends, but some people just don't know how to stop. Like, once upon a time, I was the most in-the-know person on my beau's sister's sex life and preferences, and believe me when I say it was not by choice. I'm just too creampuff of a person to tell people to stop, and she'd just... keep talking, no matter how uncomfortable it was to hear about since, you know, SISTER OF MY S.O. There's just no way for it to not be awkward unless I set out to ask about it (which is its own kind of awkward, let's be honest; also not something I would ever do). I'm also just an intensely private person, but the sorts of people that want to talk openly about that sort of stuff often, in my experience, expect you to reciprocate and talk about yourself, and I just don't think anyone needs to know about what I do behind closed doors unless they're behind those doors with me. I'm willing to make exceptions for ecchi manga, though. Especially yuri manga. (Dynasty Scans is such a wonderful place for finding... interesting doujinshi and various fan-translated works.)
I'm, uh, just gonna put it out there - femme folx are just as bad as their masc counterparts about fetish and thirst talk. They just mostly do it either among themselves or air it online (anonymity not always necessary). Fanfic creators and enjoyers tend to lean heavily toward the femme spectrum. And that's not even getting into, say, fandom Discord groups or other fandom-geared online spaces.
That sounds a lot like my beau's Youtube subs. He has a lot of gaming channels that he follows. Meanwhile, mine is entirely filled with musical artists. If you like Dark Souls lore, I can recommend VaatiVidya, though! His videos are also good for falling asleep to, he has one of those voices that's weirdly calming. There's also a guy that does, like, Metroid, Castlevania, and Resident Evil lore/timelines that's pretty good, but I don't know the name of his channel. I don't use Twitch at all, though. We used to watch Critical Role live through it, but that's pretty much the only thing we ever used it for, and with the timing it's easier to just watch on Youtube or listen as a podcast afterward. (Not that I've done that in an age, either, though...)
I didn't even know it was basically just a translated HD port of a mobile game. That makes the price tag so much worse, somehow. I think owl is a good choice, though! Fun fact, owls' ears are on their faces! They're offset (one low, the other high) so they can easily tell from which direction a sound is coming, and the feathers on their faces form a parabolic bowl that channels sounds to their ears and allows them to hear even slight noises with an impressive degree of clarity. (Why, yes, I have spent too much time reading the manga of Heaven's Design Team and reading about various animals; what gave it away? cat_xp )
