Gil grabbed Alex by the shoulder and threw him into the sparring area.
"Have to put more effort into it!" he said, catching Demi and gently putting her back down and walking toward Alex.

"Then so be it." Alex sighed, before suddenly charging and grabbing Gil by his neck, throwing him down on the ground.

Gil grinned before rolling to the side quickly, causing Alex to tumble over. He then grabbed Alex's arm and forced it behind him, placing his boot on his back as well.
"Now what?"

Alex grinned back at Gil, before kicking up at him, hitting his backside and knocking him forward. He then reached up and grabbed onto Gil with his other arm before he could hit the ground, jerking his other arm before throwing Gil to the other side of the ring.

Gil flipped over and landed on his feet before looking at Alex.
"Ah...You're more than just some meatshield, eh?" he asked, moving into a boxing stance.

Alex grunted, glaring at Gil before elbowing him in the neck while his other hand punched him in the abdomen. Both blows were as hard as the punch to his face.
